Some insurance companies only allow 1 WLS. Go to your insurance handbook, website or call to see if a revision is a covered benefit.

Princess,
Take a deep breath. I was denied the first time as well. I called my insurance company to find out exactly what they required and wanted. I asked for thoes requirements to be sent to me in writing. It may be something minor -- mine was all the details needed were not documented so I had to re do my 6 month diet.
If this insurance covers wls, then it probably is some detail that was left out on the submission forms.
Insurance companies hope you will just go away and not fight the denial. Most people do. They then win and dont have to pay for the surgary. Keep fighting. It is worth the effort!
Good luck!
