Hello everyone

Ahhhh Saturday....what a wonderful day. 

My kitty is running around acting like a a psycho on speed.  I wish I had that energy.

I wanted to tell you guys about my Fitbit.  I find the most interesting thing about the stats is my sleep patterns.  You put in when you entered your bed and when you left your bed.  It will tell you how long it took for you to fall asleep, how many times you woke up during the night, and you sleep efficiency.  It also tracks movement, food, exercise...it's great. 

Today not much going on with me.  I am relaxing.  Later today I will go for a nice bike ride.  I have some cleaning and yard work to do.  That's it...I love days that have nothing going on.

Todays plans are to go to Monica's for 2 parties. Abirthday party for our youngest, Annette, and a Halloween party for Morgan.  While we are in Bloomington, we are planning on stopping at Menards for a bit more trim that is needed, and at Sams, hopefully for the newest Crystal Lite flavors.

Other then that, just getting a few things done before we leave.

Crystal, your day sounds great. We don't have enought of them.

Nancy, I know hoe you feel about work computers. Thursday, mine was down, but the gal next to me was not having any problems. go figure.

Hello everyone

Well today is going to be a wonderful day hubby and I are spending the day together and it will be wonderful...I hit the 199-198 mark this morning I am the same weight as hubby right now but thats ok with me I am so happy to have this chance to feel some what better then before...I did put up a new picture with 1,2,3 pictures for yous to see enjoy your saturday...
my youngest son made me upset yesterday I didn't do the eating thing wanted to but I drank water to help my upset stomach he is 20 and thinks he can be my parent he will learn someday just hurts me to see his new pattern of word abuse to me..ugg peace San

Good morning to all. I am very new to this site and am just starting on the journey. Today is going to be a very busy day. We have trick or treating in the park this afternoon and then a Halloween dance tonight. We will be on the go from about 2 until Midnight.

Good Afternoon Everyone!

It is a beautiful day outside.  I am getting ready to go out and run around on errands.  I slept in until 9am this morning and then snuggled the cast some.  Took it easy starting my day.  Now I need to get my body in gear.  

I need to find my fall/winter clothes.  They are downstairs someplace.  I have been stretching out what I am wearing but now I need to break down and dig out the rest of the clothes.  I guess I have to admit that summer is over.  Sniff, sniff. 

Crystal, it is amazing the energy a cat can have.  Then they turn into sleeping lumps.   

Lisa, enjoy your parties today.  They sound like fun.
