Friday Roll Call
Good Morning!!!
It is Friday, the last ork day of the week for most of us. I am off work on Fridays, but I am going to be busy today.
I have errands to run, and a house to put to right, plus I am making goodies to take to Monicas tomorrow for Morgans Halloween Party.
We did have a heavy frost last night. Hopefully it means the last of lawn cutting for the year.

Yes, 'tis Friday the day before Saturday, the day of my vendor open house. I have a lot of neat direct sales people coming tomorrow including my nephew who makes functional wood art items for the home out of reclaimed wood. Teehee I am going to have to build on to my house so I can have more vendors come!

I am sorry I have not been posting but it seems I am working on the don't sit on the computer all day and read but all has been great lost 75bls now wooohooo for me and about 10inches in my stomach odd how that works but been doing some work outs and been having some bone pain so I am working on that pain...enjoy your weekend everyone peace San...

I am so glad it is Friday. It was a day from he## today. Our computer system kept going completly down all day. It is fun when it breaks down in the middle of a call -- NOT!
I am looking forward to a weekend of vegging. No news on my tests as of yet soooo it is still wait and see for those. I do need to get things together for Halloween on Monday. I am making goody bags for the kids. Rick is up visiting his son so I dont get to be with him this weekend.
So I will try to stay out of trouble.
Beemer looks great with his lion cut. The pictures are on facebook under my profile under the cat pictures. I love the look. It is adorable! I am getting the biggest kick out of it. Now I am trying to figure out who is next. Bwahaaa

Hello everyone
It was a long day...but I'm home relaxing now with Jasper and and watching Monk. I love that TV show.
I had my doctor appointment yesterday and I like the doctor because he seems like a very proactive doctor. But....he's not as great as my old doctor. I think you find one great doctor in your life (like a true love). One thing that irritated me was he was pushing this weight loss program on me. It's one run by the clinic, called Transitions. It's $80 a week!!! To me that's a lot of mulah. It's high protein diet but with meal substitutes (like Slim Fast). I told him that goes against what I was told by my WLS surgeon he just said "sometimes you need to listen to different people". Other than that I think he will do for now.
Well one good thing about being stressed out is that I lose my appetite. I know some people tend to eat when they are stressed....me I just don't want to eat. I tend to eat when I'm happy and content...which is bad because 90% of my life is happy and content. I mean bad that I like to eat when I'm happy...not bad that I'm happy.
Well I will get going. Monk needs my full attention!!! Bye
