Saturday Roll Call
Hi Everyone,
Its been sometime. I have been on RNY posting. Well I am at 180 lbs and feeling really good
about myself. I have done a few seminars talking with new patients at my surgeons office. I enjoy doing this. I do notice one thing when I am there people there notice me and are probable what is this thin guy doing here. Until I show my before picture and talk to them.
Also I got myself a new cell phone I bought the Iphone 4s I am enjoying it.

Good Morning Steven;
It is nice to see you. You are really doing great. I am still trying to lose the last 40 lbs or so.
My plan for today is to finish priming the home office. I can already see the difference, after 35 years of a dark paneling. I would also like to finish cleaning up the garden, make some soup and see what else I can get into.
Nancy, Garden Ridge is a store, kinda like the old Value City, wthout the clothes.It focus's on stuff for the house and garden. It is just north of Mejers on Rt. 59.
Dawn, relax today. The wine fest in Madison sounds like a blast. I would go with you, but I have to get this room done this weekend.
Crystal, enjoy the farmers market. Those will be over way to quick. Sugestion for Amanda and Charles, Ask them to write a blod of their quest and stay in the Peace Corp.I think we would all be interested in thier journey.
Georgie and Chris, You are both busy all the time. Please take time to smell the roses.

Well Hello there stranger! 
Steven it is good to see you again! You have done a geat job at your weight loss. I am so happy for you and the fact that you are feeling good about yourself is even better!
Today, I went in for the test on my caratoid artery. The tech said she did not see any blockage so on to the MRI on Wednesday. The head must be examined.
The meds I got yesterday help a little but I am still dizzy. Such fun!
Today is a beautiful day. Sat outside and vfisited with my neighbor for quite awhile plus spent time convincing my outdoor cat to try out her new heated pad that came yesterday. After she discovered it,, she is in love with it! She will have something warm to lay on this winter. It only uses 40 watts so it is economical to use.
Crystal, it sounds like you have gotten some great deals. And to have your Christmas shopping done already is fantastic. Do you want to do mine as well? Have fun with your projects!
Lisa, it sounds like you are making progress on your home office. Also it is a beautiful day to work outside. Enjoy!
