Dawn, you are correct, it is only 4 years for me.
It is hump day! Yeah, we are 1/2 way through another work week. I am back to my 4 day work week! Now, if only I could get home before 6 in the evening............
Another day yesterday for computer problems. At least it was a earthenet cord that was causing the problem. Replace cord, problem was solved.
Crystal, just read the instuctions that came with your bulbs. Other then that, make sure they are pointed up, root side down.
Nancy, I hope the dizziness goes away. I know I suffer with it too. I think i will check out bodine also. It can also be caused by some scrips.

Hello everyone
I had an aggravating night last night. Nothing serious. I decided to go ahead and update my iPhone. So all you have to do is plug it into your computer and click a couple of buttons and it updates. Well the new update didn't go right. It wouldn't bring over all of my settings and so I had to set my phone as if I just got it and now I have reload all of my songs, pictures, videos, phone numbers....my notes are gone forever!!! Ughhh!!!! So tonight i have to do that. What a bunch of bull!!!
At least I was entertained by Jasper. He kept trying to get to a spider that was on the ceiling. It was very comical. One thing Jasper does that will kill one of us one of these days. When I walk around he runs up right next to my feet and I trip on him!!! Yesterday when I was getting out of the shower, all of the sudden he's right there and I ended up stepping on him. I thought I hurt him at first!!! What the heck!!!

Ok, that convinces me even more to wait! I would hate to lose my contacts.....can you pull them off the update that is kept on your computer when Itues updates? I did back up all my Iphone pics to my computer. I think I'll wait until November to attempt this...and it sounds like I better have some time to fool with it. Sorry you lost all that "stuff". Ugh. Good luck Hope you get everything restored. How long did it take to download?
Morning to IL.
We went to an interesting seminar yesterday evening regarding Medicare and the additional insurance plans that you need/have to purchase. It really was informative and well put on. It was done by a group that represents BCBS of IL. Dave is W/I 12 months of Medicare.We actually were a little bit behind the 8 ball and should have been looking into this a couple of months ago.
Have a hair appt right after work and that is about it. Davey is making dinner so all I need to do is clean up.

Good afternoon Lisa and the rest of Illinois!
Computer problems stink! I will be having some soon as it is time to upgrade a couple of our programs and it NEVER seems to go smoothly. Here's hoping that yours smooth out soon.
I am working and guess what????? My sister-in-law is out sick AGAIN!!!!! She started in February and in her first 6 weeks, she took off 14 days. She has taken at least 5-6 days since then. Seems like it is impossible for her to work more than 2 weeks without a break. In the mean time, I get to cover...... this was the one he chose to keep.......at least the two relatives that he got rid of came to work! Oh well......life in hell, I guess.
I have had a terrible burning in my eyes lately. The boss and another guy smoke like CRAZY (yes, in the building, in their offices where I sit right outside) but it never seemed to bother me like this before. I can barely see. I have allergy eye drops, but they seem to make it worse. Not sure what else can be done. Maybe I'll look into re-wetting type drops.
That's about it for my world....sorry about the venting, but sometimes you just gotta.....

Good Evening Everyone! 
I am still on sick call. Went to the doctor today hoping it was nothing more than a simple ear infection or the "sludge" having shifted. No such luck. My doctor thinks something is going on in my head so I get to have my head examined!
There is a possibility it is due to low blood flow to the brain due to a partially blocked caratoid artery. I have a doppler sonogram for that on Saturday. Next Wed I have an MRI scheduled on my head. I sure hope it is nothing serious. I do not have any more time to take off work. So no tumors please! Actually I am a little worried that it may be ataxia which runs in our family as an inherited disease and this is the age of onset. I've tried to prepare myself for this over the years but with reality staring you in the face, it is scary.
Lisa, I am sorry you had more computer problems but so glad that it was as simple as changing the earthnet card. I am also happy for you that the 4 day work week is coming back!
Crystal, I hate it when installations do not go right! As for tripping over Jasper, cats have a habit of getting under your feet where you cant see them. I think they do this on purpose just to annoy you and get sympathy. Soon you will be apologizing to him and feeling dumb for doing so. Then it will become natural to apologize to him. Later, you will just plain get aggravated and yell at him for being in the way!

They are so hard to compare and then how do you know you are getting the one that is best for you. Choose the wrong one and you are stuck for a year. Ugh!
Dawn, sorry that work is dragging you down. It would be hard to work in a smoking environment. My eyes would burn too.
You might ask an eye doctor what to use. Mine gave me a prescription drop and told me the over the counter ones were quite dangerous. The prescription one works great! Much better than any over the cdounter drop.

All of the policies are standardized with Medicare for what they can initially sell to you (Plan a-n (no Plan D too similar to "Part D" for drugs). What the insurance companies can do is offer you additional benefits for each Plan. Go with Plan F as it gives you the highest coverage for the amount of days in a medical facility, doctor, nursing care etc. We are going with Plan F* as it will cover foreign travel. We are going to the Holy Land on a tour for our 40th.
It is not as confusing as you thin****il you have gone to a seminar that explains what you will pay etc and yes they were out to sell a product . . .) (I am easily confused and they presented it very clearly. What I remembered has also been confirmed via the PDF I found from Medicare on the internet).
PS part of the problem is that the government in their infinite wisdom named their options "Parts" and then they named the supplementals "Plans" and they have the same freaken letters but they cover different things. There in lies the confusion. I am a BCBS of IL fan as I have had them for close to 10 years @ work.
