Monday Roll Call
Good morning Chris and the rest of Illinois!
Thinking of Don, who should be all checked in and gettting ready to go. Wishing him an uneventful surgery and a speedy recovery.
I am back at work and seem to have a horrible tight muscle going from the right side of my neck down to the shoulder-blade. I can barely move my head and typing is a bit painful....let alone opening my drawer or any other miniscule movements. Hopefully, it will work itself out soon.
We had a nice weekend with bonfires both nights. Riley came out and we slept in the tent and did lots of other memory-making stuff together. It was really fun. We even took the dog for a walk around town in our PJ's!!!! Anyone who knows me well KNOWS I do not go outside without a shower so this was a BIG deal!
I agree that I wish this weather would continue. I still feel like I am in NOLA. I told Todd that we should walk down to the French Market for lunch yesterday.![](http://images.obesityhelp.com/_shared/images/smiley/msn/cool.gif)
Everyone have a spectactular day!

Hi Dawn, good to have you back in IL. Sounds like fun that you had with Riley and the sleep over in the tent. Could the neck ache be from sleeping in the tent and out in the chilly air?
As far as the cruise - you said a lot with the fact that you went on Carnival - we refer to them as the "K-Mart of cruises". We will never go on one of them again. We tried one to see what they were like well after we went on other class act cruises. You need to try Princess & Holland America before you render a decision as to not going again. And as far as a schedule - do not be swayed by having to co-tow to their schedule - you can eat anytime you want and go on or to any event or excursion that you want or not want to. We have been on 7 cruises and learned that right after the first one we went on. We sit on the ship during port time or on a deck chair during activity time whenever we wanted to.
Chris
PS, I learned a long time ago to ask if this or that food or drink was just what we ordered just because of what happened to you with the coffee. I would have had the delivery person bring you the correct item that you ordered. We have had to use the med service on a cruise in the past, we were happy that we did even though it was costly. I broke toes in the past & had an ear ache and Dave a nasty cold. Happy that they are on board.
