Happy Wednesday IL! I am just about ready to start my bfast and then it is onto getting ready for work. My new phone will be delivered to the house today. Hopefully it will not be when Dave is at a funeral for a dear friend from Willow. It has to be signed for. I am going to see if a note that I will leave on the door will get them to deliver it to the PD explaining that I will show photo ID to sign for it otherwise Dave will be home on Thursday for it when they will retry to deliver.

Happy Hump Day,

Just another day of work for me. Then, probalby out for some supper this evening and then watch Survivor. My days run together. The good thing is after today only 2 days left before the weekend.

I never really got into Survivor but everyone has their own interests and we really do no****ch that much network TV other than the news. We are however watching Pan Am. It appears to have a great story line so far.

Hello everyone

Well I have been obsessive about my Kindle.  I have 36 books on it now.  I didn't pay for them all.  Some are free.  Then there are books that are only .99 or 1.99.  Books i never heard of but sounded good.  I was reading my new book "The Running Man"  So far so good. 

Today I have nothing going on.  Not even an errand to run.  Just work....

Tomorrow, Amanda is borrowing my car.  She is going to a school in Urbana and teaching the kids about nature.  I'm not exactly sure what she is teaching them...but she's teaching them.  So she will dropping me off and picking me up from work. 

Oh yesterday Charles called me to invite me to a surprise party for Amanda on Friday!!!  Yeah!!!  I am so happy to do things like this because for so long I wasn't included because I lived too far away.  So this is exciting.

Hopefully you can get your phone today.  When I ordered my iPhone I had it sent directly to work for that reason. 

We cannot do that on a regular basis because it pulls the 911 dispatcher away from the radio. They would have to go to the door too much.

The note might work but I would not be surprised if Fed Ex did not follow my request because you have to have that info put into the delivery notes from the beginning. You could be a person trying to scam the company. But, heck why would I send them to a PD and then be able to show 2 forms of ID with my pic on it?

Now I am trying to figure out how to post on OH and FB from it. Do I have to download an APP or buy it for FB? If you know. Also am still learning the "touch" on the screen. I have it for the most part but it still a learning experience for me.

I don't have Droid but I'm sure they are similar. 

You should have an app button on your phone.  You can go on there and get the Facebook app.  I wasn't charged for the app.  For OH...as far as I know there isn't an app for OH.  To go on OH you have to use your internet on your phone like you would on your computer. 

I figured out a short while ago about the free app for FB. OH does not need one as it is just via the browser which I have the data access to. Just need to figure out how to post from it as I am impatient for the screens to come up. I opted for a 3G with the D3 because of the slide out tray. Now I have figure out how to put my apps on my screen. . .  I will get it.
