Saturday Roll Call

Good Morning on this first Saturday of fall. I just checked the weather for this first week of fall, high of 60's all week. I am loving it.

Yesterday was a long day. I did get a lot of appointments done, but had to do it all by hand. When we do special sites away from the office, We never have wii, so all applications are done by hamd. Two more Fridays to go. BTW, my left hand is stiff and swollen.

Today is house cleaning and errands, Whatever doesm't get done today, will wait until next Saturday. Tomorrow is all for me.

I know Dawn won't see this. but have a great time on your cruise. You deserve it.

Nancy, yesterday was a nice day to get off early.

Katie, It is nice to meet you. I had lapband almost 5 years ago. Most of the time I am happy with mine, even if I sometimes have issues.

Crystal, decorating outdoors is fun, It makes the house feel homey.I will probably do mine next weekend.

Happy Saturday. I am moving slowly today. Shortly I need to get ready for a hair appt. We have a small fest in town for today and tomorrow called Benches on Parade. It is a juried art and wine festival. There is a silent auction on Sunday for all the originally designed/painted wood and cast iron benches. The art is anywhere from original jewelry, photography, pottery, paintings you name it. It is in a really picturesque park across from our white steeple church in the middle of town. Tomorrow the Lions club holds a spaghetti dinner at the park district building that is about 1/4 block from the park. It is a win/win for the village and the Lions Club for the weekend.

First before that we will go to church for the first of the weekend services.

sorry I have not been on went threw a hospital stay once again but this time I can keep food down my leak spot had closed up making it hard for food to go threw..I'm home and feeling like me once again..have a wonderful Saturday...San

Morning.

I have to work this morning for a few hours then we might go to the Apple and Pork Festival in Clinton. It is a huge festival that draws over 80,000 people (according to the brochure).

Had my 1 year blood work done last week. Think I maybe low in the b12's but will have to wait til my doc appt next week to find out.

Also want to get out some of the fall decorations and start to put them up.

 Afternoon Everyone!

I am being totally lazy today.  I slept in and it felt wonderful!  No plans for the weekend.  Rick is up visiting his son so I am single and free for the next couple of days.  

Lisa, that stinks that you have to do everything by hand when you are out in the field!  That means it still has to be entered into the computer when you get back to the office!  Yuk!  Have a relaxing day tomorrow and dont lift a finger!

Christine, It always seems like you and Dave are finding something fun to do.  Your village festival sounds nice.  Have a great weekend.  

Sandy, Oh my!  I did not realize that you were struggling so much.  I do hope this is the last of your problems and you can have smooth sailing from here on out!  Please let me know if you need anything.  

Monica, the apple and port festival sounds like a winner of an idea.  Have fun.  You can keep the crowds though.  Dont work too hard today.

Actually, I'm getting real zen with this whole thing.  It will happen when it does.

Today was good.

1.  22 miles on the bike
2.  ILLINI won - it was ugly but still a win.

Got a new blender, ordered some sample Unjury and practiced eating without drinking. 

Its all good!
