Tuesday Roll Call

Well, fast fly by for me. I still would like to be btwn the sheets. Off to IPD with in the hour. I am getting my bfast in right now, have a load of clothes in the dryer (uniforms) and need to get some other things done before jumping on my bike to work.

Nancy, computer problems are going around. My laptop for work lost its wireless and has been in the shop since Wed. Hope I get it back quickly.

This is a long day at work. We will be there until 5:30 or 6. Not my favorite thing. And I get to drive in Dense fog this morning.

Good Morning Everyone!

I have a little extra time this morning so I thought I would post early today.  That way I cant complain about work!  

The time is flying by.  It is almost the end of September.  I cant believe it.  I have another week of PT and then we are talking about a wellness program where I go to PT and work out on my own but under their supervision.  I pay so much per month and it will make me accountable to going.  It will be harder to blow it off because I am tired after work.    I do need to continue to work out and gain strength and I really dont expect my insurance to pay for PT forever.  Though it would be nice.  
My therapist is so nice and does an excellent job.  He is Phillipino and is going for his citizenship on Thursday.  I hope he makes it!  He has been here for 10 years.  

No special plans for today other than work and PT.  I have my lunch packed for work and am ready to head out the door.  The bed felt good this morning and I would rather be there.  Sigh.  

Lisa, I hope you get your computer back soon and drive carefully.  I too would hate the long days.

Nancy- my memories of PT are bad.  It was painful.  When I was 19 I was in an auto accident and broke my arm in 4 places.  Needless to say it was in a cast and then a brace for more than 6 months.  Afterwards, I couldn't un bend my arm.  My arm was frozen in the cast position.  It was a very painful process.  I know PT is lots of work and for me at least, it was painful.  Every night I came home and took Tylenol. 

Good for your therapist.  I like to hear of people going through the right channels to become a citizen.  I will be crossing my fingers for him.

Good morning Chris and the rest of Illinois!

Sounds like everyone had a great weekend and we did too.  Olivia and her friends had a good time at Homecoming and they looked so beautiful!  Olivia really "cleans up nice" as they say.  Todd was flabergasted, I think.  His/our little girl is growing up into a beautiful, smart, caring young lady.  I am a little sad that I will miss the festivities this weekend when she goes to her friend's homecoming at her friend's school.  The girls and parents have promised to take lots of pictures for me.

I leave after work on Friday and am finally starting to get excited about this trip!  I pulled out most of the clothes I will be taking.  I got a GREAT deal off the clearance racks at Old Navy last week.  4 skirts, a dress and a pair of capris for about $ 41.00!  I have lots and lots of tops so all I need/want now is a good pair of walking shoes.  I have a $ 10.00 Target card so maybe I will go there to look around.

I need to make a vitamin order and get a few last minute things and before I know it, it will be FRIDAY!
