Good morning!
We are going on a picnic today and hopefully some hiking at one of the local state parks.
Been having a problem this week, seems like no matter what I eat I am getting sick afterwards. Maybe just been eating to much. I am now out one year from my RNY and maybe need to go back to the basics.
Looks like it will be a beautiful day down here in Central Illinois.

Hello everyone
I have been so busy. I sold my stocks from the last company I worked for (I took some money to get new furniture and stuff and the rest gets rolled over into a CD for now). So I have been on a whirlwind of buying stuff for the house. Since I bought new furniture I also need to buy new pictures and curtains for the living room. So my plans for my garden have been pushed back. I need to get my place painted and ready for furniture. I have so much to do but at least I have till September 11th...that's when my furniture comes. I also bought a washer and dryer at Lowe's. I was at Target, Kohl's, JCPenney, Bergners, Bed, Bath and Beyond, Hobby Lobby, The Mall, Meijer, Lowe's...you get the point. And some of these stores were super busy. The students moved in this weekend and the stores were filled with families buying stuff for them. Let me tell you this was worse than any Christmas buying day...it was crazy busy. They even changed their hours...like Target was open 7am to 11pm. See I never saw any of this when Amanda was in college because I was smart and I bought everything before and moved it to her dorm/apartment.
I also made myself sick yesterday. It was because I was stupid. I didn't eat all day. I was so busy running from store to store...and when I got home I had to put everything away. So I started feel yucky and I had a headache that wouldn't go away. Then I realized it was after 8pm and I haven't eaten...duh...no wonder I feel like crap. I ended up eating and going to bed. I was soooo tired.
I can see I will be running around doing stuff for a few weeks getting everything situated. I am home today taping the edges and getting ready to paint next weekend. I want to get the painting done next weekend.
