Monday Roll Call
Good afternoon everyone!
What a beautiful day today! Work was slow which was good. I overslept again this morning and am tired today. I even webt to bed an hour early so go figure. I got new fabric on my bulletin boards for September. We are celebrating with red, white and blue for Labor day so I am getting it done early.
I am glad everyone liked the roast. It really did and just had to share the recipe.
Debbie, I hope your first day of school goes well. It is great to have 2 aides. I know with the group of special needs kids that extra hands are alway welcome!
Steven, I cant wait to see the picture. I know I had to play around with sizing awhile before I could get it up. The tutorial here is pretty good. My frustrations were in the days before the tutorials.
Lisa, good luck at the doctor's today. I hope you come up with some answers. I took some allergy meds yesterday and the dizziness was better for me today. I am glad you like the roast. I have found that birds are big oinkers. I never fed them through the summer. You are generous! I am glad I dont have groundhogs to catch. Good luck with those!
Crystal, I am sure it will take some getting used to having your own office although it is a nice luxury and is a great alternative to a cube. That is why it is so quiet. I am sure after you get to know people, you will find lots of visiting going on.
Dawn, it sound like you have an interesting houseguest. I too am amazed that the parents seem to have no interst about where their child is staying. Maybe they used nannies and boarding school and dont know much about parenting. You should have had a tape recorder running for that conversation of what you find in the countryside and small towns. It would be hilarious to our locals. Probably the equivalent of us craning our necks to look at all the tall buildings.
Everyone have a great day!

Dawn, when I first got married, I thought R.R. numbers were streets. Also that bakeries were open at night, silly me, we went and got fresh donuts at a bakery that opened at 9:pm at home. Everyone had public transportation ( I didn't drive) and all grocery stores delivered. Also, when I had Monica, I was amazed that there were no diaper services in the county.
