The recording for the radio programs were fantastic! It took place on the campus of Moody Bible Institute @ 820 N LaSalle Dr in the Alumni Auditorium. There were two programs recorded with Christmas Carols, story telling, silly joke telling by actors, instrumental & vocal solo's, silly fake commercials, scripture . . . The two programs (each different) with a 20 minute intermission between recorded. There was only one time that they stopped the recording to start over and that was because some little ole lady did not turn off her cell phone when they had just gone through a whole speckle about doing so.

So far we do not know when the 2 programs will be broadcasted but they will be on WMBI 90.1 FM sometime in December (one can also listen on line if you are out of the radio area). We are regular listeners to this radio station and have also been regular supporters of these ministries (WMBI & Moody Bible Institute) for as long as we have been married. We have been a part of other radio recordings like Candle Light Carols,The Messiah, The Sunday Night Sing and then it was called The Friday Night Sing. The Sings were live broadcasts on the Moody Radio Network and were amazing to be a part of. We got to meet Selah (a missionary singing group - fantastic) up close and personal and we have have been a part of sings with Tommy Walker & Fernando Ortega. Those are larger scale and not the intimate one like we were a part of today.  We will be notified via e-mail as to when it is to be broadcasted.

The piano player that was a part of the recording used to be a part of the musical team at Willow. (prior to that a staff member at Moody Bible) I have traveled abroad with this guy and he is amazing on the keyboards.
AND he has an amazing brain as he has been on Jeapordy and Who Wants to Be a Millionare? You will just have to wait and listen to him. His name is Larry Shacklee. I think I have spelled that correctly, more than likely not.

That is about it. We are still on cloud nine and tired. Going to go eat some left overs!
