Monday Roll Call
Good evening all,
This morning I went to my classroom to start getting ready for the yr. I love the beginning of school. Even as a kid, the first day/week are always so full of promises and hopes.
Tomorrow I will go again, in hopes of finding every missing item. When the janitors cleaned the floors, they did not pay attention to where items belonged. I am missing some goodies. Thank goodness my assistant has volunteered to come in tomorrow and help. I always do better with extra eyes.
This coming weekend is Gurnee Days!! My family and I have always had fun. Love the fireworks on Saturday night. Sunday am is the parade. My daughter's drama club will be presenting "The Velveteen Rabbit" three times on Saturday and once on Sunday. This is fun for all the little kids in the area. Plus since it is indoors, it is fun to have a place to cool down.
