Steven congrats!!  What an amazing feeling that must be.  I have about 70 more lbs to go till I am at my goal.  I can only imagine the self satisfaction you feel.

I hope all have a great day today.  I am off to get some storage accessories.  It is amazing how the "boy toys" seem to multiply!!  :-)

Hello everyone

The first thing I have to do is complain about my legs...OUCH!!!   That DVD has killed my legs and they are dying a slow death!!!  I'm supposed to workout again today...but every muscle from the waist down is screaming.

It looks like a big storm is coming.  I don't mind, if it cools things down around here. 

I had a nice day yesterday.  I ran around getting every thing cleaned up.  Today I have to get my laundry done and some packing done. 

I will be giving my boss my 2 week notice tomorrow and I have to give a 30 day notice to my landlord too.  This is the part of the move I hate.  I feel like I'm abandoning people...

Well I will get going.  I'm going to sit here a little longer and feel soory for my leg muscles.  Bye

We had no phone or internet this morning for a few hours, hopfully it will stay on now.

We had a great family day yesterday.

Today is laundry, a pie in the oven, a roast in the crock pot and I am sure I will find something else to get into.

Good morning Steven and the rest of Illinois!

CONGRATULATIONS on reaching your goal wiehgt!!!  I am envious!  Never got there myself.

Liv is home and today, I will be downloading the pictures and videos to look at.  She got someone to video their presentation so we can see what she learned.  The pics I have seen so far are really cool!

The day went well yesterday.  Amber and the kids came out alone with Todd's sister and her boyfriend.  Todd did the Swiss Canoes and the Tug-o-War.  Besides that, we pretty much stayed around the house.  Food, family and friends.....good time.  Now, I just have to clean up the mess.

Once we get everything cleaned up, we have to start getting the boys ready to leave for THEIR trip to the Florida Keys.  They are going with the Scouts to Sea Base.  They leave on Friday.

Crystal-----I am SO happy to hear all of your happy, happy news!  Your ilfe is so exciting right now!

Crystal-I hope your pains go away I was in the garden after the rain my legs hurt as well and back but I must keep moving shshsh  lol Thats how I feel right now

going to plano to Wal-mart to get a few things I am making shshshs treats for my kids and freezing them so while I heal in August I don't have to look at cookies and cake's all my hubby has to do is pull them out of the freezer....and he will take care of the cooking for august I am to work on all the wonderful things of walking and small things the first few weeks...and my new meal plan...

well Lisa glad your bbq went well Nancy I am sorry I will let you and Lisa know when I am there again REAL soon...

Two days left for me and then back to the slave mines.  It was wonderful while it lasted.  Sigh.  All good things must come to an end.  Nothing planned for today and tomorrow other than two appointments tomorrow.  

Steven, CONGRATULATIONS!!!    I am so happy for you.  What an accomplishmeny.  Be VERY proud of yourself!

Debbie, I admire organization.  You go girl.

Crystal, I feel your pain.  I have some screaming muscles from PT that will not shut up!  Ouch!  Good luck with your resignation.  I hope they do not give you any grief.  Just remember you no longer have to take it from them!

Dawn, it sounds like Liv had a fabulous time.  I cant wait to see the pictures!
