Monday Roll Call
Hello everyone
Today is the day...I give notice at work. I am surprisingly excited about giving notice. I am sure she will be upset.
I am still sore. Yes I did workout yesterday. You are supposed to do this DVD everyday. So I worked out and I am sore. It hurts the most to sit and stand. Once I am sitting I am fine.
I got some packing done over the weekend. I have the urge to just pack everything but I have to hold myself back. I can't have everything packed so soon.
Well I better start my day, it's monthend this week. See ya later. Bye

Morning IL.
I was so dizzy yesterday. I think I had an electrolyte imbalance. Saturday after I got home I was in the bathroom "loosing" the IV fluids. I sent Dave out for Gatorade and that seemed to help. It went away by late afternoon after drinking it and a couple of naps.
I am going to take a walk out to the veggie garden and pick some cherry tomatoes, basil, parsley and whatever else is ready. I am going to pull out the dehydrator and dry the basil and parsley. I have a bumper crop of both. I think a couple of naps might be in store also but first I have to call the doctor for a PO appt.

Christine, I am so glad that you are recovering. Dizzy spells are no fun, I had one this morning and I am still not over it compleatly.
Crystal, who cares if they get upset about you leaving. This is for the best of you. All they can really do is tell you to leave now, and if they do, you may be able to unemployment for a couple of weeks.
Steven, have a nice run.
I am not sure what I will be doing today. I want to work outside in the flower garden, but not sure.

Good Luck Crystal with the 2week notice I did that one time moving from Wisconsin to IL and I had to work 4 weeks because that was there policy and it was in there little fine print papers that I signed....

I gave notice and all went well. I brought my boss into a conference room and broke the news. She was very happy for me and gave me a big hug. I'm glad she was able to see past the problems my departure may cause for a short period and she was able to share in my happiness. She called a meeting and she announced my departure and everyone was very happy for me and clapped.
My boss and I talked briefly about who should replace me and I was glad she is letting me have some input in that decision. We are going to meet next week to start the transition. I have to train my replacement. Ok this is starting to feel moree real!!!

Good Morning Everyone!
Well it is my last day of freedom! I got up earlier today but still not as early as I will have to get up tomorrow. But I am surviving and should go to bed earlier tonight so getting up early tomorrow will not be a problem. Good bye sleeping in -- sigh.
Today I have a neurologist appointment for my migraines and my PT this afternoon. Rick is on his way to pick up Gage. He is spending the week with him. So it will be boys time this week and I will be lonely. Sniff.
Steven, I am even more impressed that you reached your goal in just 5 months! WOW! How much did you lose totally?
Crystal, I am glad everything went well when you gave your notice. I was afraid they might send you packing today. I guess they do not want to do month end alone. I am sure you would not have been upset to miss it. Good for you to do that tape again yesterday. You are a glutton for punishment!
Christine, I am glad you are feeling a little better today. Being dizzy is NOT fun at all! Please don't overdo it today. Take care of yourself and move slowly! Drink lots of fluids. I love my dehydrator but dont use it as often as I could.

Sandy, I hate boils! They HURT! I hope you get some relief. Have you ever tried a drawing salve? You can get it at Walmart or the drug store. It works for me. I am in Ottawa this afternoon. Just think, a week from today is your new birthday for a new life! Yea!
