Monday Roll Call
Nancy and Crystal,
The class I had today was the one I am the instructor and they are the students. But I do agree it stinks they are keeping me hanging. HR is not happy....it's the hiring manager that is dragging her feet. I'm getting so frustrated. I have gotten a awesome review these past 2 years, won two awards and have great references. I don't understand the hold up. I tried calling today-still haven't heard back. I will call twice tomorrow if I have to! If it's a no, I am ok with that. I will be disappointed of course, but at least I can move on then.
As for the house, not one single walk through. Lots of hits on the internet, but nothing in the house. But with all this, I'm still feeling optimistic. That's all I can do!!!!

well this morning we had no power but all is back on after 1hr...Glad for that...today is making calls and paying the other half of the bills FUN

I didn't get much sleep last night so maybe a nap today..unless I go to Wal-Mart

Good Afternoon Everyone!
Another Monday and it starts out rainy! Oh well, we need it. I have a busy week with lots of appointments. It will put me in training for going back to work.
The weekend went by in a blur for me. I was busy and time flew. Tonight Beemer goes in to the vet. His surgery is first thing tomorrow morning. He will not be a happy camper but hopefully this will be the last time he has to have surgery on that ear. He runs from me whenever I try to talk to him about it.
Somehow, I think he understands what I am saying. These cats are amazing. They do seem to understand when you talk to them. I would think it was just me but Rick agrees. He has Claude going and getting his ball to play catch.

Hello folks,
Just wanted to drop in and see how everyone was doing. I have been MIA for a few days. I just didnt have anything to say or report. I am still crushing my pills and mixing them into chocolate pudding. Its a bitter mixture nevertheless. I have been doing it for a week and will extend it to another 2 weeks to see if it helps with the sleep issues.
Sandy,I got your message. That was very sweet of you. I will try your suggestion once I am done with my pill crushing regimen. I am hoping that taking my meds with their maximum potency possible might fix my sleep cycle. The water thing is a PIA so I know its quite an effort to be drinking enough water. I still have episodes where I go days without drinking enough water (bad ahmer...bad bad) but I am getting better at it again.
A thing that is nagging me lately is the fact that I stopped my apnea machine soon after the surgery. It never really made me feel better no matter how long I was on it. Now I wanna go back just to to see if it helps now ? It doesnt make much sense to me that it would help me any better. However cant figure out where I stowed the machine away. Spent all weekend looking for it :S
My mom is finally coming back on 7/20. From what my sister is telling me she is really coming this time. Well you all know what i will be busy doing next weekend.....TONS OF CLEANING !! woohooo ! yippee ! yaay!

Hey guys..do any of you blog or journal ? I have taken up journaling lately. I use Penzu.com .. it is a really neat service. Its barebones service is Free while the Pro version is only 19/year. I am gonna see how it goes for a couple of months. If I am still using the service, I will go PRO. It has some features that really appeal to me and will be worth the money.
I am going to be training at Dominick's on WED and THR. I am hoping to get at least 20 hours a week if not more. That would mean two weekdays and SAT and SUN. I dont mind working the weekends but working two jobs on the same day is got me a bit nervous. I guess it will be a bit difficult in the beginning but as with most things...u get used to it

Ahmar- I dont like my cpap machine but when I dont use it I dont sleep good and when I use it it does help hate to say it but I worked in the health field and and was not to hip on ever using one if I had one but it's my health and I need it so I use it even if it makes me feel like I am in a space ship or diving under water to snorkel
Clean is no fun good luck with that...and your new job all will be a great way to meet people as well
Nancy- we have 5 cats 4 are munchkins as I said before and one 12 yr old cat my kids had from when they were youths...she is slow moving but gives a little paw at the other 4 sometime I will post pic's of all of them my tig she is has springs in her little legs she something and my little snuggles and cuddles and waddles

You do get used to the hours. That's not to say you won't be tired. I worked two jobs for a about six years back when my daughter was in Jr. high and high school....teen agers are expensive. I needed more money. I worked 7 days a week and put in about 75 hours a week. The only time I got a day off is if I requested one or if it was a holiday. I can't believe I got used to that schedule and took care of my daughter...but you do what you have to.
