The apartment is in Champaign.  I hope it is still available when I hear back about the job. 

It's very nice.  It's the first floor of a historica house...with all of those wonderful features of older houses...like crown molding and high ceilings.

That place is beautiful!  But I am not too sure about the neighborhood.  That did not use to be a very good neighborhood.  It may have changed.  You may want to make sure it is a safe neighborhood to live in.

I know I was going to ask Amanda's in-laws how the area is.  But that place looks so nice I can't believe it would be in a bad neighborhood.

I lived in Champaign years ago also and as soon as I saw the address thought the same thing. May not be a good area.  Make sure to check it out carefully.
