Well its Monday again. Today I see my Family doctor. Have not seen her before my RNY.
I think she be suprised by the weight lose.

Hello everyone

It is ugly outside.  I haven't driven in a down pour like that in a long time.  Good thing I had a guy in front of me because his tail lights guided me most of the way (even with my wipers on high I could barely see).  Of course I'm wet.  So I'm sitting here in my gym socks, waiting for my sandals to dry out.  Today would have been a good day to stay home from work and watch TV in bed. 

I feel like this weekend I was running around doing things all weekend.  I have everything ready for this weekend.  I have my list and the things I don't have that's on my list will be bought Friday.  I am so hoping for good weather for Amanda.  Right now they are showing a 30% chance of rain on Sunday.  I am doing the sun dance for the rest of this week...please join me (it's good exercise...hehehe).  

I might find out whether or not I get that job this week.  The guy is back from vacation this week and he said he had a few more interviews...so hopefully I will hear good news the end of the this week or it could be next week.  My fingers and toes are crossed.  I am soooo funny I have been looking for apartments in case I get the job and I finally found the one I want.  I fell in love.  It's the bottom half of an old historic house.  It has a yard, a front porch, a screened in back porch and a sunroom!!!  OMG...it's exactly what I want.  And it's sooo close to work.  I want this job and this apartment so bad.  Send me lots of good luck!!!

Steven...I'm sure your doctor will be so happy.

weather=crappy. Foggy, cool, threat of rain. Oh, yeah and did I tell you we are in the Water Park Capital of the World (sarcasm). All in all it is nice to be away from work.

This is how it looks outside my window this morning. Hubby said we got about 1 inch of rain overnight.

I did get one room done yesterday, carpet and all. Today,  want to work on the living/rec room.I also need to finish cleaning my kitchen and dining room.With the rain and doom, it might all get done.

Christine, sorry the weather is so messy. But, you will enjoy yourself anyway. Like you said, you are away from work.

Crystal, i am sure you will get the job you want, and the apartment/ house you want. 

Steven, have a good report from your Dr.

Ahmer, I know you are waiting for your Mom to get home. Don't worry about your gym time, you are only human.

Good morning Steven and the rest of Illinois!

I am taking Crystal's advice!  I stayed home today.  I have been extremely tired and yesterday, I began to get serious muscle and joint pain.  I basically feel crappy and decided to take a sick day.  The year is half over and I have not taken a single one, even though some days, I thought about it.  It seems that my "responsibility" always gets the best of me and I drag myself in no matter how I feel. 

I am still being somewhat responsible as I got up to check my work email to make sure there was nothing there that could not wait.  Then I decided to check back in with you guys.  Now, I am thinking of trying a hot bath to see if that helps with the aches.  Then, back to bed for a nap.

David's party was awesome and on Sturday we went in to celebrat Riley's 5th birthday.  Yesterday, we were pretty low-key and had a nice dinner for Todd.

I hope everyone has a spectacular day!

 Dawn, we all need to take me days once in a while. Next time, don't wait until you feel crappy.

Greatings from sunny Tucson! Please send some of that rain this way.
I have not been on here in awhile due to an emergency with my mom. My poor mom began passing blood with her stool Thursday afternoon. She went to her dr and he sent her home. Still more on Friday and then again on Saturday. Long story short, she woke up on Sunday throwing up blood. Needless to say 911 was called and since Sunday at 6:30 am, i have been at the hospital. The good news is the bleeding finally stopped late last night. The dr's did an endo scope today and they did find some hernias etc. Tomorrow they go the other direction to check the lower intestine. My poor mom has not eaten in about 5 days. Today she is finally hungry but is on a clear liquid diet.
I am glad I am here in Tucson to help out. All nine kids live elsewhere. I know my dad (step-father) is relieved to have help. They are in their 70's and I feel so guilty living away from them. Oh well Thank God I am here now.

Debbie, keeping you and your mom in my prayers.  I'm sure your whole family is relieved you are there.  Hope they can easily fix what is wrong.  That whole throwing up blood thing is VERY distressing.  Hang in there!
