Thursday Roll Call
Good Morning,
We are on a downward slide toward the weekend. One more after today and most of you that are working this summer will have the weekend off. Don't forget, call your fathers on Sunday, if you still have them in your life.
It looks to be a nice day. I have a few errands to run this morning, Then, maybe work out in the yard. Of course, the reasoning is to get sun on this body.
Yesterday, I made a mock danish for breakfast and put sugarless applebutter in the center. To die for!!!

Hello everyone
I woke up to more rain and gloom today. At least I didn't get all wet this time.
I have no plans today other than the same old...work and working out.
I can't believe how close Amanda's wedding is getting. Next week will be a busy week. I made the appointments for the spray tanning...I don't want to look like a ghost and I don't do real tans. I also have an appointment for nails. I still have to set one for my hair. I am soooo excited.
Oh I got a really good deal on a purse from Kohls. I got a gift card for my birthday. I went online to the clearance section and I was looking around. I still needed a white purse for Amanda's wedding and I found a really nice one marked down from $54 to $15!!! I love clearance sales.
Well I better get back to work.

I am looking forward to seeing old friends and family that we just don't see often enough.

Good rainy morning folks !
Well, I woke up at 2:30am this moring. Got up. Had some no sugar added chocolate ice cream.Went to sleep at 3:00am and woke up at 7am !! woo hooo ! I got at least 6 hours of sleep in.
I have not hit the gym properly in the last 2 days. Today will definietely a go for the gym. Will do weights and try to hit my target of 1000 calories.
Well not much else going on.

Good afternoon Illinois friends,
This is just a fly by for me. The last few days I have been in Sedona, Arizona. If you have never been there it is a must see. Of course, (complaining time), the only sight seeing I did was to Senior Assisted Living centers. Little did I know when I agreed to drive my parents up there that my kids and I would be doing that for fun. Needless to say, I had a VERY cranky set of kids on my hands. If you need senior assisted living info for Sedona or Flagstaff just ask, I can help!!!
My kids and I did get away for some shopping fun. We found a couple of stores that sold the red dirt shirts. These shirts were featured on an episode of Dirty Jobs with Mike Rowe!!!
Thank goodness my hubby was not with me, as there was a cut out of Mike Rowe and I HAD to have my picture taken with him!! Sigh........... to bad it wasn't the real thing!
So now I am back in sunny Tucson. Today I think it will be 107 again. Water is my best friend. My kids flew home early this morning, my parents have dr's apt and I think I will take myself to the $2.00 movie. Water For Elephants is playing.
