 Hey Crystal how do I friend you on face book? I just get an account

Yep...you just go to facebook.com and click where it says to create an account and it's free.  After you fill out all of your info for your facebook page you can start looking up people to be your friend.  I have found at leat 3 dozen friends I went to grade school with.  It's amazing who you can find on here.  So I go on Facebook all of the time because there are people I keep in touch with on there.  Most of the regulars here are on Facebook too so be sure to look everyone up.

Good morning Steven and IL!

First, happy day late bday to Steven and Happy 40th to Crystal!  Hope you both had/have wonderful celebrations.  I guess I'm next in line, my bday is tomorrow...Flag Day!

Tiring weekend for me, also.  Chloe's grandma and I took her down to Champaign to spend weekend with her mom.  Got home aobut 11:30 (3 hour drive) Then about 1:30, get a call from Chloe, they are on the way to the hospital.  Her mom thinks she has a broken rib, in a lot of pain, etc.  At 2:30 chloe calls again and says the ER is VERY slow and Amy wondered if we would come back down and pick Chloe up and bring her up our way.  SO>>>back and forth to Champaign again....6 hours on the road...just think how far we would have been if we had actually been going on a trip!

Anyway, Amy seems to be ok.  The Dr. said the xray didn't show any break, but about 1/3 of the time it is hard to tell, so with the amt of pain she was in, he thinks she prbly has a fracture...but again...not much they can do for it.  Pain meds and take it easy. 

I Hate hospitals and ER's!!

So, anyway, Chloe is back up our way.  Roxie is very happy to have her back in the house!  LOL

Sounds like everyone is keeping busy.  Dawn, glad you were ok with your blow out...that is pretty scary.  Lisa, sounds like you had a good weekend.  I know how you enjoy having Morgan.  Ahmer, take it easy!  Don't hurt yourself!!

I promise to be careful at the gym. I am shooting to build enduracne and stamina .. thats the only reason I am donig what I am doing. As I was telling Nancy, I am building in rest time and keeping up with the calories. I can afford for my body to turn agains me.  Thanks !!!! 

.... mama is not coming back on Wednesday.  She has delayed her return indefinitely. Its great news cuz I dont have to clean the house right away. I will still stay on it so the house is squeaky clean at ALL times and not just a few days before mama arrives.

Its bad news cuz the heat is unbearable out there. To top that off, mama suffers from terrible backaches due to osteoporosis and depression.  So, she really needs to be back here in the US where she wil be taken care of and comfortable. At the same time, mama needs to be at peace with her mom as grandma can pass away any time. Till she is at peace, mama needs to stay there. Otherwise she will come back to the US and feel guilty that she didnt do all that she could for her mom. I am just letting her do what she wants and not attempting to convince in any direction. My mother needs to sort things out on her own.

 Good Afternoon Steven and Everyone!

Gee it is Monday again!    There is just something about Monday's that always spell disaster and bad days.  

Today I got up and was eating lunch and broke off another tooth!  This one is going to be expensive as it is one of the few remaining on my bottom teeth and I only have a temporary partial.  Sigh.  I wish my mom had taken more calcium when she was pregnant.  Neither of us have good teeth or bones thanks to that.  

I went to the hearing doctor today but canceled PT as I am still feeling blah from the stomach problems.  I have an appointment with my doctor on Thursday.  I am not eating much because everything just goes righ through me so not much strength right now.  

Crystal:  Happy Birthday!     Sorry your birthday fell on Monday but it seems that you are having a great day!  

Lisa, it is nice that you were able to kidnap Morgan again.  It is so nice of Monica to share her!  

Steven, it sounds like things are going well for you. 

Dawn, good to see you again!  Your life is so busy it is hard to keep up with you.  I am glad that the blown tire did not end up in a severe accident!  I'm sorry about all the expenses.  It sucks.  It seems like when it rains it pours.  

Georgie, I hope you get some rest after all that traveling yesterday!  Broken ribs are no fun and man do they hurt.  I am sure you will enjoy your time with Chloe!

Ahmer, be careful with all that gym work in one day!  Your body may rebel on you!  I am sending prayers for your mom and grandmother.  That is really hard to deal with.  Your mom will feel best if she stays there but with the heat, I hope she is able to get into some cooler places at times for relief!

Thanks nancy . I am a bit concerned about my body rebelling against me. I am trying to keep that from happening by building in rest days and eating sufficient amout of calories. I hope there is no rebellion :S

I appreciate you warm wishes for my mom and grandmother. I hope she comes back soon but like i said... she must first make peace with her mother .
