Tuesday Roll Call
Hello everyone
Yesterday I over did it exercising and gave myself a migraine. My body is a funny thing because I worked out much harder on Friday and no migraine. Yesterday I get a migraine. I don't get it??? I took the Imatrex and it took two doses and 5 hours for the migraine to go away. I like the Maxalt better. That took care of the migraines better....of course it's it's not generic so it costs 10 times more. But the Maxalt works within an hour or less and makes me sleepy. Imatrex took hours. Oh and I'm only allowed nine pills a month...or that's all my insurance will pay for.
I haven't talked to the guy yet about the job. We are playing phone tag now. I kept my phone by me all day in case he called. When it was time to leave I put my phone in my purse and that's when he decided to call!!! I will try again today.
I am craving all things bad for me. I want cookies, cake, pie, candy...you get the picture. At least I have my birthday to look forward to. I will have birthday cake and cookies!!! Yummy!!!!
Oh and the shirt I am wearing is a size 14!!! Woohoo!!!

Had a successful round at the gym yesterday. However, despite my precautions I may have overdone it. I say this cuz I am soo outta energy this morning. Tired. I did wake up early too so that may have something to do with it.
I have joined a teleconference support group. You may have seen it being mentioned on the main board. Tonight is going to be the first meeting. I look forward to being on it. Its at 7pm CST. There are still 2 spots open on the group so if you guys want to chime in let me know :)

Afternoon Everyone!
Well, this heat is about to get to me! So, let me see, I dont like cold, rain, snow, ice, heat ---- uhm what's left? Actually if I could find a place that had spring and fall temperatures year round I would be sold! Yesterday as I passed the bank it was 99 degrees!
I got my hearing aids yesterday. They will take some adjusting to, but it is amazing what I have been missing! Maybe silence is golden!
I then had PT and went to PetSmart to buy cat goods. By the time we got home, I was wiped out! But I did spend time brushing the cats with a new grooming tool that I purchased. Cat hair has been flying lately!
Today I just have a hair appointment and some bills to pay. It is still hot outside though!
Steven, I am glad I don't live near an Apple store. Man would that be tempting!
Crystal, congrats on the size 14! Woot! I sympathize on the migraines. That is why I like my meds so well. They are a fortune but I bite the bullet because my migraines are gone in an hour or less.
Ahmer, this heat can also take a toll on you as well as the lack of sleep. Keep chugging along!

Good evening all,
Well, I think God is playing a joke on me OR he is preparing me for Tucson Az tomorrow. My kids and I leave O'Hare at 6pm and will be in Az at 9pm. I will be basking in the 100's for the month of June. I am sure this trip will remind me WHY I begged my hubby to let us move from there.
The good part of the trip is I will get to spend some bulk time with my mom and help her out. We will be going to Sedona this weekend to see family that lives there.
I almost have everything packed, just need to wash a few more essentials. With the weight loss, I had to replace the bra's. Since I wanted some better quality, I have only 3 I like right now. I need to wash those this evening!!!
Well I will be checking in again from Sunny Tucson!
Have a great day. Just think on Thursday the temps will be in the 70's with Friday in the 60's. Gotta love the midwest!
