Hi and Good Morning,
Well I hope everyone had a nice weekend.  The weather was very pleasant. Today is my rest
day. I just plain to lazy around my home.

Hello everyone

I am at work sad that the weekend is over.  Yesterday was a perfect Summer day.  I went to the farmer's market and it is getting bigger every year.  I know Lisa mentioned that there were no fruits and veggies at her market.  There were about 4 vendors with fruits and veggies at mine.  One was really big and even took credit cards.  There were another 4 vendors with various baked goods...from bread to pie to cookies.  Arts and crafts vendors too.  One sold cut flower bouquets.  All and all it was nice.   I had a lovely lazy Sunday.      

I picked up more audio-books from the library yesterday.  They are so nice to listen to when I am working.  I don't want to listen to the radio anymore.  The only station I can pick up in this place is a talk radio station and it's depressing to listen to.  I know the economy is in the crapper I don't want to hear it all day!!!  So this is a nice change.  I got two more Stephen King novels...Thinner and Delores Claiborne.  I also got Rosemary's Baby...do you know I didn't know that was a book.  He also wrote The Stepford Wives and Sliver.  Two more books I will want to hear. 

I left a message for the place that wanted to talk to me about my resume.  Hopefully I will impress him with my wit and accounting savvy...and dazzle him with my charm...hahaha.

Not a lot of plans for today. I need to finish cleaning a bedroom, no, lets make that 2 bedrooms. Do some dishes,walk down to the post office, (temp permitting) and do something with leftover chicken from yesterday.

Tomorrow, I go see my heart doctor in EGV. This is my yearly $3000.00 visit. Thankful that it is only once a year. Of course, some shopping at Woodfield is one of the benefits to going to see him.

Good morning Steven and the rest of Illinois!

I am at work today, but not feeling very well.  I woke up with a killer headache and just feel "off".  I took some Tylenol, we will see. 

It may be after-effects of Saturday.  We worked the Air Show and were in the sun and wind all day, from 9-5 with only one short break.  The show was fun and the VIPs were mostly lovely.  That, and the kids worked with us, so the day was fun.  Afterwards, we went to Amber's and basically crashed in her air-conditioning.

I have a visitation to go to tonight, my neighbor's fater died and we are very sad for her.

Hello everyone !! 

Hope you all have a great weekend. As mentioned yesterday mines wasnt as spectacular as I had planned but nevertheless it was good. I stayed on top of my excercise.

I dont know what happened to me this afternoon but I freaked out on food. First I wanted something cold. so I sobe zero. Then I wanted salty food then that led to sweet food and eventually ended with me buying a salad. It was CRAZY. I have never lost so much control over myself since the surgery 5 months ago.  Any of you got any thoughts on this ?  I am a bit shaken by this afternoons episode. Now I am back to normal and am thinking rationally about food... so thats a bit comforting.

I really hope you get that accounting job !!

Ok, its time for me to go home. I will rest for an hour or so and then head out to the gym. It my 1000 calories day tonight. I hope I reach my goal !!!

Ahmere, I don't remeber, did you have lapband or RNY? I know we all at sometimes have these, for lack of a better word, binge attacks. Don't beat yourself up about it. Tomorrow is another day.

I have the RNY . I am ok now. However, it was very scary to have an binge attack . I thought it was a thing of the past :(

Kiddo, you had surgery on your stomach not your head. You will have to change your head AND you more than likely will battle it for the rest of your life. I am 8 years out and still have my moments. My DH battles it also. We both had RNY.

yep.. thats the first thing I learned when I set about researching RNY :P  I have a gut feeling that this binge was some pent up emotional break out .. now life would be a better if I could figure out what that was or is
