 Hello Everyone!

It is a gorgeous day outside today!  I went for physical therapy this morning and was about knocked over when I stepped outside.  It is so pretty out!  This is my kind of day!

I worked my tushie off during PT today.  It is interesting to see the difference between the therapists. The guy is a little easier on me than the gal.  The gal gave me a longer appointment and worked me harder.  I have her again on Friday in the pool.

Dinner is cooking in the crock pot.  My Mexican chicken specialty.  I haven't had that in awhile and it sounded good for a change.

Not much happening in my corner of the world.  My cleaning lady comes back tomorrow and we are tackling my bedroom this time.  Whew!  It is getting there!  I dread the basement but then I should have a blow out garage sale.

Sherrie I hope the restriction goes down some in your band without having to see the doctor.  Lisa, you don't have to do everything on your first day off.    Crystal, those books are real thinkers.  I remember Brave new World.  Ahmer, we have to listen to our bodies occasionally and let them call the shots.  They are trying to tell us something if we will listen.

Everyone have a great day!

Hello everyone!

Had another moving company here today to give us a quote.  So far $11,200 is the cheapest.  If Rob didn't have the corvette to move it would be 2k cheaper!  Oh well!

Flying out on Friday to look at places to live.  Very exciting!  The open house went fine yesterday-no offers yet:)  Not that I expected it but one can hope!

Went to the pool for an hour on my lunch break.  It felt so nice to have the sun on me!

I did some running yesterday.  I warmed up for 5 min then did a minute of jogging at 5.0 then backed it down to 3.5 for two minutes and kept doing that.  I was a hot mess when I was done.  I did a total of 35 minutes and it felt good.  Two months ago, I could only run for 30 seconds and thought I was going to die!

Also, I hit 199 today!!!!!!!  I'm in the 100's!  So exciting!

Hope you got to enjoy the sun today!

Hi all,

Finished planting my garden tonight.  3 tomato plants, 4 green peppers, 4 yellow peppers, some jalapenos and for fun some popcorn.

While planting it was very hot and I started to sweat a bit.  I told my husband it was soooo nice to be outside and doing something and not feeling like I was dying of heat stroke.  I am looking forward to the rest of the summer for a change.

I have been shopping like crazy for clothes.  Goodwill is my friend.  When I was heavier I used to look in my closet and there was nothing to wear because it did not fit.  Now it's the same thing.  I look in the closet and nothing to wear because it doesn't fit.  I am trying not to get to many things because of all the changes my body is doing but you gotta have a few things that fit right.  I even bought a new swim suit for this year.  I actually will admit that I am looking forward to swimming.

We had to take our car into the shop today-needed new front brake pads. They have been squeaking on and off for a while.

Other than that looking foward to the weekend and getting outside to enjoy more of the sunshine.
