Monday Roll Call
You can ask everyone here...when I first started working out I had sore muscles every single day. When one muscle stopped hurting, another would start hurting. Biofreeze became my best friend. I also gave myself a ganglion cyst on my right wrist...that's still there. I figure these are my war wounds and I was proud of every ache and pain.

I am with Crystal. Biofreeze rocks! You can find it in the drug store along with the Ben Gay, joint pain rubs etc. It comes in roll on or spray or as a gel. I love the spray because you can reach the hard to reach areas in the back by yourself! Biofreeze helped me tolerate bone on bone on my knees for 10 years! It is my best friend!

I agree with Lisa, Kiss a vet today! We should be very grateful for their service to our country so that we can enjoy the freedom that we have!

Maybe it will dry out the ground some.
Rick is taking his son home and should be here around mid afternoon. I have missed him. And with it being nice out there should be time to go out and get into trouble.

Lisa, I hope you and Morgan have a blast this week! I loved spending time with my Grandma and was so close to her.
Vicki, you are on the right track in getting help for your anxiety. I recommend that you visit a psychiatrist. They are the most knowledgeable about the meds and what will help you with your problems the most. Let them know that you do not want any meds that cause weight gain and they can avoid them.
Jules, Chris, Dawn, Georgia and all the others out there lurking, we are thinking about you. Stop in and say Hi when you get a chance. Busy lives make it difficult, but we are thinking about you.

BUSY weekend! We painted, packed, staged and cleaned. I am exhausted! And we went to WI on Saturday to see my family too. I need a nap!
Tomorrow is the walk thru for the realtors. I hope we get an offer quick! The house does look really nice! We only have to dust and vacuum the downstairs but waiting for the boys to go to their dads. :)
I have a pretty big inventory of my Scentsy stuff and I don't want to move it. If any of you would like to get anything, it's all 10% off! If interested, let me know and I will let you know what I have.
Hope everyone enjoyed the beautiful weather. I am off tomorrow too and plan on going to the pool if it's nice out. I need to go to Kohl's before I go though since I don't have a suit that fits anymore!
