Jules congratulations to both you, and your husband.  Finding a job is not an easy task...and to get to move to warm weather and have jobs you like, good for you!  You HAVE to keep posting here on the IL forum.  You've become a good friend to us!  Keep posting and let us know how things go as you prepare to move.  So happy for you.

I eat rice all the time and it is no problem for me so you may want to see if you can eat it on occasion.  Each person is different.  One warning, be careful not to overeat it as it does swell after you eat and then you can get miserable.
