Good Afternoon everyone. i just got home from work. my day was good atleast I have Sunday,

Good Afternoon Everyone!

Well, I survived my version of "meet the kid"!  Actually Gage is a very good looking, soon to be 16 year old young man.  It did not take too long for him to come out of his shell, and we had fun getting to know one another.  I feel sorry for him as he has a very overprotective mom that wont let him do anything that most kids do.  So he is a little low in self confidence.  Dad is working on that one.  
He will get is all figured out one of these days and then will take the world by storm.  He is a very charismatic young man. 
 
Now I am back home, kicking back and relaxing.  It is cold out there.  One day we are roasting and the next freezing,  Gee, it must be spring.  

Debbie, more power to you for your goal of the triathelon!  You will do it that is the important thing!  Just keep moving forward.  Crystal, how nice to get free clothes from someone!  I always love "hand me downs" from people who shop in nice places.  Dawn, I hope your ho****er did not take too long to recover.  I hate it went the pilot light goes out.  Lisa, I hope you have a great day with your girls!  Steven and Randy, it is good to see both of you!

Nancy-  I knew he would like you...you are a very likable person.  I think teenagers get a bad rap...a lot of them are really nice kids.  I am glad eveything went well.

Teens often do get a bad rap but I have to admit that high schoolers are not my favorite age kids at least for teaching in the classroom.  Too many of them are smart mouths with attitudes.  I wish they were all as likable as the ones I know individually.
