New and getting excited!!!

Hey all!!!

My name is Pam and I am about to complete my final dietician appointment for the GS. All the testing is done and I was told after this appointment they will forward to the insurance company for approval! I am excited but trying not to get my hopes up "just in case" Dr. Tiesenga of New Hope Surgical is doing the surgery. I just wanted to introduce myself :)

You have found a great group here at the Illinois forum!  We try to "report" in on whats happening in our daily lives whether it is surgical related or other.  Everyone on here is so friendly.  Some have just had surgery, some pursuing it and some are "old timers"  All of us have been where you are and we have many wise heads here that have some great answeres if you ever have any questions.  

Please post on our daily roll call and get to know us.  We get together in person several times a year for a pot luck and fellowship so that we can finally "see" those we talk to.  We are a very close group that stand behind  each other through thick and thin.  So come join us!
