"HOPPY" Easter!

I have a few things to get to before we first go to 8am Mass and then we meet with my brother and SIL for brunch here at a small restaurant in town. Hopefully the nasty weather will hold off for the majority of the day. It looks like the worst of the weather is supposed to be on Mon. & Tues.

What are you all doing today?

Hello everyone

Yesterday was such a beautiful day.   I had all windows open trying to air out the house.  Today won't as nice.  So far the forecast shows rain everyday this week....I am sick of the rain already.

I am finally giving in and buying some chewable calcium.  I tried the Citrical Petites but they still upset my stomach.  I feel like I am wasting my money.  Moral of the story is just get chewables from now on and don't waste my money on regular pills.

I did get my dress yesterday and I will try it on today.  I hope it fits well.  I hope I look nice in it.

Today there is nothing much going on with me.  See if I move to Champaign I can spend Easter with my daughter again.  I really, really hope to find a job down there.  Today  I am going to stick around the house and get some projects done and fold my laundry.  Then try once again to fix my vacuum!!!  I just have to wait till the end of June for my bonus and I am buying a new Dyson.  I hear Dysons are very nice.  Yes I am planning how to spend my bonus already.  Mainly it will be new tires for the car, a Dyson, a Kindle.  I can't wait!!!!

I am off to relax and watch Law & Order...have a nice Easter.

Crystal, I have had a Dyson for 3+ years and love it.. I had a cat at the time and bought the DC 17 Animal, it was $547 or something like that. Man alive does it have suction even with the hose attachment. I got a lot of extras with this model. Tools for the hose attachment - floor and for furniture plus I got a dry chemical cleaner for the carpets with tools. The dry chemical is fantastic, leaves no residue nor nasty smells. I love the fact of not having to buy any filters. I bought mine from Abt in Glenview via the internet and there wasn't any shipping costs on it. www.abt.com

Morning!  Happy Easter!

Yesterday I went to JCP and bought (and got fitted) for three new bras.   Thanks for the tips!  I got there and almost everything in the store was 50% off!  So I got a couple shirts and a black pair of dress pants.  They don't quite fit, but close  I also bought a dress for my son's graduation.  Then we went to Kohl's and I found another couple shirts and a pair of jeans that were on clearance.  Again, they don't quite fit, but they will!

We came home and did nothing after that.  I did read a good book by Kristen Hannah.  I finished the whole book-it was so good.

Off to WI today for Easter with the family.  Then back home to turn around and go back tomorrow morning.  Luckily I have a company car that I don't pay for gas.  At 4.15 a gallon, it's a blessing!

Have a great Easter Sunday everyone!

How long of a table do you need for Saturday? I have a 6 footer and one 8 footer.

PS - I have 3 colors of table cloth available. Sage green, gold and a pretty fall orange. You are also welcome to come by on Friday and set up as Dave will be home all day and can be here to let you in.

The 8 foot would be great!  Sage green would also work.  Thanks again for letting me join you!

I wish I could set up Friday.....I will be in Milwaukee again this week.  If that changes, I will take you up on your offer!

See you Saturday!

I will put it on the table for you. It is a real nice soft gold, not a garish Christmas gold. I had bought all of them for a fall party that I had and they made a pretty table.

Happy Easter to Everyone.

Well, I just finished doing the laundry, that I didn't do yesterday, washed my hair and got my clothes out that I will wear today. I also ate an Easter egg.

We will be heading to Yorville this afternoon, to spend time with the kids

. Tomorrow I have my yearly checkup with Dr. Guske. I am going to ask him about the constant vomiting, I have a feling that this is a normal reaction to the lapband. I will find out.

Have a great day, and stay away from the Easter candy.

Hugs,
LISA
