Saturday Roll Call
Morning All!
Picking up the house then think I am off on the Goodwill Tour today. There is 5 or 6 stores within a 30 mile radius of here. I need to get some regular blouses and some new pants for work. I have been buying new t-shirts but those will only get me so far at work. My husband likes to remind me when I am shopping to not buy anything big or lose fitting. He then takes his phone out to show me pictures of before and after. He likes to remind me that I am not that person anymore. Sometimes its good to have him with me shopping but our style ideas are not always the same. He wants skin tight and I prefer to be able to breathe.
Its a rainy day here today. We were going to do yard work today but not sure that will happen at all this weekend. I have some raspberry plants that do need to get in the yard. That maybe the only yard work for the weekend.

Hello to all...
Have been on OH briefly since surgery. Have a very difficult time in the hospital(5 days). The nausea was un real. On the fourth day, I had the best nurse (Keri). She figured out that I was not getting the correct medication. She called Dr. Rantis, with in 30 mins she was in my room with the meds. I was like a new woman within an hour. Come to find out, this medicine treats the spasms of the the pouch. What a life saver. I was unable to eat or drink. Not keeping anything down.. I was very upset and regreting everything. So it took another day, for everything to relax and for me to keep fluids in me. I had surgery at 730 am on monday, and was released at 645pm on friday. Wow what all long week !!!
I having a lot of pain at the drain site today. Really diificult to sit upright. Im not sure if it is becasue Im doing to much or what. Has anyone else had this after surgery?
Was getting taxes done tonight, but all I want to do is lay down. So will put that off till monday eve.

I had lots of issues and I was in the hospital for 10 days (in ICU for 3 of them) and still have a big hole in my tummy. But it gets better! I still don't regret doing this. I'm down 68 pounds and feel healthier already. Going to the gym on a daily basis too.
