Hope we hear from Nancy and she is starting to feel better! Glad Dave is doing ok.
I was in Florida visiting some relatives last week. Wanted to share a couple of NSV's (non scale victories) that I was excited about. Wow, there is actually some room in those 17" seats now...AND I had to decrease the size of the seat belt instead of moving it to the very end. VERY NICE feeling. I also was able to cross my leg over my knee sitting in the seat. For those flyers out there....you KNOW there isn't much room in those airline seats. I was comfortable and felt really good!
This morning as I was opening up the curtain going out on my deck, a HUGE coyote ran through my yard. I stepped out on the deck and he was loping through the yards. YIPES. He looked very WELL FED. We have lots of rabbits around....and little dogs like Roxie! SO Roxie won't be going out on her lead unattended for a while. Just so you understand.... I live IN TOWN in the middle of a subdivision!!! Houses all around. So not sure where this guy is hiding. Hoping he is just passing through!
Crystal, hope you get help with you migraines. Luckily, I've never suffered from them. Debbie, congrats on the bike ride to work...good work out and a good savings on the price of GAS!!!

Hi guys!
Another busy day for me today. At a meeting at 730am which means I was up at 430 to get ready and there on time. It was a good meeting and was able to spend some time with my boss after the meeting. I get my review for last year next week.
I got home just in time to watch my treadmill break. It works but doesn't incline. We called Life Fitness (the maker) and they will be sending someone out to fix it.
I will be spending 10 days in Milwaukee at the end of the month. I am helping open the Dunkin there and orginally was only going to be there 3 days. But it's a big opening and want to make sure it does well. I have to find a hotel with a good fitness room.
Glad to hear Dave is good. I wish Nancy would check in!
Goodwill is great! I'm glad Crystal talked me into going there. It is very organized and clean!
