Please watch out for motorcyles(it is warm n more will be out) My best friend n her husband was   hit head on their bike when a truck pulled over in front of them.He passed way. Still a long way to go. This month was the same month they got married too.  They have 2 young kids also,almost 11 y/o daughter n a 9 yr old son.

I found out they put rods in either her hips or legs,yesterday they took them out and put pins in. Right now she doesn't have to have her hips replaced but she might have to later down the road.  They did some skin graphics on her ankles along with some plastic surgery.  

I am so sorry for your friend. Motorcycle accidents  aren't always the fault of the driver, as you stated. This is all too common. Poeple and drivers need to SEE a motorcycle.
I pray that your friend will recover from everything, Her children shouldn't have to live with the knowledge that both parents were killed by another driver.

Thanks! This means so much to me. She has been one of my best friends since we were in Jr high in the mid 90s.  They were out celebrating their anniversary yesterday with a ride.

I am so sorry about your friend and her husband. This is my greatest fear when my husband rides his bike. I willl keep them in my prayers.

I am very sorry for your friend's tragedy.  I am hoping for her speedy recovery and that the pain of the loss of a husband and father will soon be replaced by wonderful memories.

I have a friend named Nancy I grew up with and she lost her husband in a motorcycle accident too.
