Yeah me!!!!

During my day off I got some before and after pictures together.  I like looking at them because it's the only way I can really tell I lost weight...when I look in the mirror I still see the bloated 354 pound person I once was staring back at me.  So I have these pictures up on my fridge as a reminder that my hard work at the gym is paying off more than I can see. 

So here are my before and after pics and my stats

My heaviest weight 354lbs...now 218lbs
I lost 52 inches...more than 4 feet
I was a size 30/32...now a size 18
BMI was 54...now it;s 33.1

 

You look great...And Happy too... congratulations, Crystal. You should be proud of yourself. I am so looking forward to weighing in the 200's.

I posted these pictures on Facebook and someone mentioned how much more I look like my daughter now.  It's something I always knew because of our baby pictures.  I have pictures of us both in 4th grade and we look identical...except she has darker features (her eyes and hair are a darker brown).  Even our teeth looked alike...we both had very bad teeth.  We had a big gap in our front teeth, which left our teeth crowded on the sides...and our teeth were the same...hahaha.
