Pain on left side
Hi everyone. I am having some pain on my left side about an inch under my rib cage. I have been eating pretty good. Yesterday, I had some Navy Bean soup, some chopped steak and some peas. I felt fine until last night. I started getting this pain. This morning, I woke up with a little pain. Ate some oatmeal for breakfast. I took some tylenol just because the pain was a liitle uncomfortable. I stopped at the store and got some Gas X because I feel a little gassy also. This happened about a month ago and it went away in a few days. I dont want to panic, but has this happened to anyone else? My doctor said that sometimes a piece of food can get stuck, but it eventually pushes through. Or is this gas?? I am so confused. I have been ok the last few weeks, and now this. Any thoughts?
Kinda sounds like gas to me, but I am not a doctor.
Keep an eye on it and remember that any SEVERE pain needs to be addressed immediately.
Our new GI tracts sometimes take a bit of getting used to. I have lots of strange pains and sounds. Seems like more now than before, but if I remember "before" I had days with strange pains then too.
Hope it is better today!
