does anyone on here have ins thru line co bennifit fund?? blue cross blue sheild of il.  we live in mn and have ins thur them and having trouble getting thru this with the right visits and such.   help.

Sorry, I do not have your insurance other than I do have BCBS of IL PPO through my work. I would suggest to you that you go on line to the company and review/print the requirements that they have posted and another thing you can do is look through your insurance handbook for the same information. They have to provide you both methods of research. Good luck on your journey.

yes have done that several times and talked to the ins co myself to have them reveiw it with me. as i go thru it  they seem to change the wording of how they are telling me. 

Do you have an HR director or some type of insurance administrator that can go to bat for you? If not then I would document with names, times and what is told to you each time you talk to them. If you are getting nowhere then I would ask to speak to a supervisor.
