Monday Roll Call

At work and have been hammering away at the keyboard.   I need to get the salt washed off of Dave's car right after work, then home to do a few things in the house like caulk around the upstairs potty, wash bath towels. . .  the usual work week chores. We are going to order Chinese for our Valentine's Day  dinner to give me a day off from cooking. Our local restaurant delivers and it always arrives piping hot.

I hope everyone had a great day and is feeling loved.  I was spoiled at work today.  First my teaching assistant bought me a yummy Dove Chocolate heart.  Then around 10:00 I was called to the front of the school as there was a large lovely bouquet of flowers waiting for me.   My sweet hubby sent me some beautiful red roses mixed with purple daisys and some purple babys breath.  They are just beautiful.  My desk smells so good. 
This evening another treat!!  My daughter cooked dinner!  She made shake and bake chicken, rice and green beans.  For a 13yr old she did fantastic.

 Evening Everyone!

I am just getting on this thing.  I FINALLY found my $50.00 gift card (whew) I had almost given up on finding it.  So I have been book shopping and downloading books.  The great thing about the Kindle is the books are cheaper and many are free.  

I had Physical Therapy tonight and he kept me for an hour instead of a half hour.  So I got a good work out;.  We uncovered some additional issues with my neck and some of my numbness is in my muscles of my pectorials not my pinched neck nerves.  I have a combination of both.  But the good news is he gave me some exercises to offer relief.  

The interesting news of the day was a call from my surgeons office informing me that they are approaching my surgery from my side instead of my back becaues I have scolosis of the spine.  Hmm, one more thing wrong.  I definitely need a new body.  

I hope everiyone has a great evening.  Crystal, congratulations on jogging.  Lisa, hang in there on the budget cuts.  I have not even dared to look to see what Obama is doing to my retirement.  Chris, I love the necklaces.  Very pretty!  Everyone have a great evening!
