Wednesday Roll Call

How long will you be out?  I know recovery is up in the air, but I'm just curious as another friend might have to have back surgery as well!

The doctor is being quite vague with this bit of information.  It takes the back at least 3 months to heal from this surgery.  He did say he did not think I would have to be out that long but he has not given me any definite amount of time off.  When I questioned him again today he was again vague.  I think it just depends on how fast things heal and whether I have any complications.  I am thinking I will be off a minimum of 6 weeks to 2 months.  Ugh!
