Sunday Roll Call
Good morning Illinois,
Its Super Bowl Sunday, a total football day for those that are interested in football. Me, I like the ads.
We are getting snow, again. The weathermen say it will only be an inch or so, but theres more on the ground (new stuff) then that.
I am just going to chill today, exercise, cook a bit. Maybe head to the $store later. Then get myself geared up for the workweek.

Crystal, my thoughts are with you today. Just remeber why you are with your disfuntional family today. You are better then they are.
Christine and Dave, I am happy that you are getting better by the day.

Starting to clean the house for our party this evening and trying to rest a bit.
I have come down with a cold. You would think with all the vitamins that we take colds would not be a problem.

Good morning Lisa and the rest of Illinois!
I am TRYING not to be the Bi**h from He** today.
I am not sure if it is me or them, but I am CRAZY annoyed with Todd and his family. While I was at my seminar yesterday, I had asked Todd to do a few things. He kind of did them, but spent more time with his friend, drinking beer and hanging out. Once I got home, it was my responsibility to pick up all our kids and just keep on with the house stuff.
His family is ticking me off because we have a niece that wants to do the "People to People" thing and take a VERY EXPENSIVE trip to Europe this summer. When our kids were "chosen" for this "program" his parents basically said that it was sort of a scam to get us to pay for a vacation for our kids that we could not afford for ourselves. Well.....this niece now wants to go and you would think the world had stopped!!!!! We are supposed to support her financially to make sure she gets to do this. Funny, but when David attended the 100th Boy Scout Jamboree, WE had to come up with the $$$ (that we really had to stretch). His family did not throw fund-raisers for David not acknowledge what a great thing it was to be able to attend. Olivia has wanted to do marine biology camp (which is her chosen field) for the past 2 years, but no one in his family is supporting THAT goal. But I am supposed to give $$ to this kid and support all of her fundraisers and be so "proud" of her "accomplishment"?????? She accomplished going to a meeting and promising to spend almost $ 8,000 that her family does not have! Meanwhile, my kids are very accomplished themselves, but his family never recognizes that fact.
GRRRRRR!!!!!!!
I guess I need a chill-pill. I am thankful that I can vent somewhere.....it keeps me from exploding!
The seminar was pretty good yesterday. Only for women who have had bariatric surgery and we discussed body image, sexuality, staying on-track, did some yoga and learned about lingere (SP?) that fit. It was nice to do something for myself for a change.
Sorry for the rant, but everyone have a lovely day. We got more than and inch of snow also, but it seems to have stopped for now.
