Thursday Roll Call

Hello everyone

I am so glad tomorrow is Friday.  Today after work I have to have my tire fixed/ replaced.  I was too tired to do it yesterday.  Then I have to stop at the ATM...because I got another $50 check (I could get used to this)!!!  Then I will need to get gas and pick up a few groceries.  I was so tired last night I went straight home after my doctor appointment and relaxed and went to bed at 9pm. 

I had my doctor appointment yesterday and I am obviously losing track of my weight...I need to start writing it down in a log.  Because I was shocked when I was told I lost 13 lbs since my last visit on 12-27!!!  In fact the nurse said you lost 13 lbs and I said since when!!!  And she looked at me puzzled and said since your last visit on 12-27.  I am happy but I was still shocked.  The doctor was very happy with my weight loss. 

I posted Amanda's wedding dress pictures on Facebook.  It is such a pretty dress.

Crystal, your daughter's dress is beautiful! Great job on your weight loss.

I took today off also. I have a few things to do; nothing of great need to do but I will sleep better tonight knowing I do not need to attend to it next week when I am back and forth to the hospital.

First thing after I hop in the shower I will be off to the grocery store to PU some eggs, toothpaste and bread. I do have a work meeting to go to at 3:30, hopefully the roads will be AOK.

I felt extreamly tired yesterday as well, and tried to get to bed earlier too, but not to much luck there. I am tired this morning also. Thankfully, I am not working tomorrow, so maybe I can stay in bed a little longer.

I am off to work. I really am tring to get there on time. I usually am, but at times............

Good morning Crystal and the rest of Illinois!

I made the Mu Shu Chicken last night and it is a "Keeper"!  REALLY yummy!  David liked it too!  I am looking forward to left overs for dinner tonight.

I am working today and need to run to Wally World for TP and a few things for the weekend.  Tonight, I have to get David to the Scout meeting as Todd has been asked to sit on an Eagle Board of Reveiw.  That is an exciting honor for him.

So, I will have left overs for dinner, take David to his meeting and go home and pack for the weekend.  Tomorrow I will take off a bit early to get the kids from school and head back in to the hotel.  Fun, fun, fun!

Good Morning Crystal and IL!

Crystal, you are a money making magnet!  Keep it up.  The dress pics are beautiful.  Amanda will make a beautiful bride, for sure!  Congrats, too, on your super weight loss. I, like Lisa, need to kick in again!

Christine and Dave, keeping good thoughts going your way.  Glad you have today off.  Hopefully will take a little stress off getting things ready for tomorrow.

I had my eye Dr. appt scheduled for 2:30 yesterday, and they called just before my luncheon meeting and wondered if I could come in any earlier.  Since the office was in same area as my meeting, said I would be done at 1 and over @ 1:15.  Yeah.  It felt more like a day off, because instead of killing time before the appt I went right over and then was able to get home about 2:30.  Worked, productively, around the house!

Chloe may not be up this weekend.  I am meeting a friend and former boss for coffee and visiting at 8:30 up by Matteson, IL and then if Chloe doesn't come, another friend I used to work with is coming my way to meet Roxie, visit and then we will do a mid-afternoon lunch.  Busy, busy!

Well, hope the weather co-operates for everyone.  Have a great Friday and weekend if I don't get to check in tomorrow!!

Good afternoon to all! I have nothing much to report but that we all have bad colds. I have found I can not eat my favorite veggie any more. My favorite snack, canned spinach, oh it get so stuck..I can eat bread, pancakes, even whole grain baguette bread....chicken beef...no on my spinach or pork!

I've been gone from oh for a while now. Lots of stressful things going on.  But, I'm back and ready to get back losing with all my stress just in the last couple of weeks o''ve lost 6 pounds. Hope to keep it going.

 Evening Everyone!

Greetings from the snow belt!  We had a couple more inches today.  So what else is new?  I am getting used to this and that is not good.  I hate it, but what can you do.  The only saving grace is I have noticed how much longer it is light in the evenings, especially when the day is sunny.  That holds promise.  

Yesterday was a little better at work today.  I received a post on my facebook wall late last night just as I was going to bed.  I reposted it so stop on by and take a peek at the VERY short video.  I was up late because I could not stop laughing.  I now have my new theme song for work and combatting stress.  

I am glad tomorrow is Friday, I am ready.

Christine, good luck to Dave.  Tell him all will be fine and it is the best thing he will ever do besides wls.  I am so thankful to have replaced my knees!
