Monday Roll Call
Hello ladies!
I'm super excited, tomorrow is the big day! I had to drink the laxative stuff this morning and it was awful!!!!!! But it's only a day and good is soon to come!
I can't wait to shop at Ann Taylor and the others. I did find that Nordstroms has a very nice plus size store....as I couldn't shop at Lane Bryant one more time! They have wonderful sales so it wasn't as expensive.
I don't think I will post tomorrow.....I have to leave my house by 430 to get to the hospital by 530 and surgery at 7! I will post again when I'm feeling up to it!
Go Pack! I think my husband has tickets for the game next weekend.....will I be up for it?

Good afternoon Crystal and the rest of Illinois!
I am working today and had errands to run at lunch. MAN......the roads are CRAPPY in Rockford! I read that there have been 8 accident on 20 in the last 2.5 hours and the police are saying that the roads are getting worse. I guess I will be leaving work early to try to get home before dark.
Have fun with the wedding dress shopping. I know that can take a long time sometimes.
I am having WAY TOO MUCH DRAMA in my middle school drama group. The director that I invited to help with last summer's show has decided that she is the BIG BOSS of everyone. Oh my! I am not yet sure how this will shake out, but I am pretty sure that I will NOT be working with her. I might "graduate" to the high school group along with Olivia, but not if this woman is appointed as Committe Head for the youth. It is possible that I could be appointed. Then, she would technically answer to me, but I am not sure I need the drama or the stress. The drama is supposed to be in teaching the kids about the stage, NOT among the adults! GEESH!!!!!
I spent much of the weekend dealing with this until I finally had to put an end to it by telling her that I would no longer email back and forth with her until I could copy the whole board of directors on the emails. She has been very nice ever since.
On the other hand, I DID kind of enjoy the excitment of yesterday's Bear's game. I am a fan of the Bears, but mostly because I was born in Chicago---not really because of any big interest in sports. Hopefully, next week's game witll also be exciting since I am SURE to be stuck watching in in some way. We might have to have another Bear's/Packer's party. I told the boys (who were offered tickets for about $ 150.00 each) that they can take the TVs outside again and pretend they are at the game and save all that $$$$$.
Well, back to work for me!

Good Evening Everyone!
What a yucky day outside! It could not make up its mind whether it wanted to snow, sleet or rain so we got all three.
Work was slow today and I got out about 1 pm. I went to the grand opening of our Pet Smart. I finally have a local pet store! No more 60 mile trips to get some of my favorite things as well as my cats's.
Claude is in love with their puff balls and you cant buy them any where else.
Tonight I am enjoying beef roast that I put in the crock pot this morning. I haven't cooked a beef roast in ages. I threw in carrots and onions and it is wonderful. I have not had beef in so long, I almost forgot what it tasted like. I usually make chicken so it is a nice change.
Not much more happening in my corner of the world. Have a great evening!
