Wednesday Roll Call

Happy Wednesday everyone! Well, not too bad in the white stuff department here in Itasca. I think that we got about 3". Now I need to deal with the wind chill on the walk to work.

We have a painter coming to do the ceiling in the FR today. So that is Dave's big excitement for the day. My big excitement is having to see the twit I work with at noon today. At least I do not have to deal with her tomorrow because I am with Dave for his pre surgical testing and a mandatory PO surgery info session. Plus he is taking me to lunch in between.

Good morning all,
We have about 4 inches of white fluffy snow here today.  Not to bad.  My home state of NY is getting most of the fun for us.
So this morning I stepped on the scale to see if there was any change and YES!!!  According to the scale I am now in the 250's!!  I have not been there in yrs!!!  Of course how much of the loss can be a thanks to the flu this past weekend!!  Either way, it is a new number and the the numbers are going in the right direction!!

The scale WOWS will amaze you during this journey. When you do not see movement on the scale watch how your clothing fits - you are loosing inches instead.

Hello everyone

It was a nice drive home yesterday.  The roads were pretty clear.  The gym was pretty empty too...I guess the snow scared them away.  I didn't mind that at all.  

At work we really have some characters....some of them kind of weird.  There's this one guy that thinks of himself as a lady's man and he is always flirting with all of the women.  He just came into my cube and said "rehab supplies can be sexy"...OK, I didn't know what to say that comment.  I just said "OK".  I have learned not to talk to him because a simple conversation eggs him on and you will never get rid of him...But what a weird thing to say....hmmm this will be an interesting day I think.     

It is freezing out there this morning.  Christine stay warm and walk fast.  Now that I am losing more of my insulation I am noticing the cold more and more.

Made it safe and sound. The wind was at my back which means that the walk home will be into the wind. I have an ankle length down coat and I stay pretty warm.

I am working today and have a few errands to run at lunch.

My kids are off of school due to the end of the semester, but both have to be at the school for something.  David seems to be mostly better and should not have any problems with his class.

Not much else for me today.

Hey all!

Long day at work today. I started at 4am and just got home But I am off tomorrow to meet with the doctor one more time before my surgery in 6 DAYS! Whoo hoo!

Going to make a shake and watch a show that I didn't get to last night and go to bed! Not eating and getting up early all without coffee is killing me!

Jules - ((((HUGS)))) to you my dear. There is a light at the end of the tunnel real soon with your surgery.

If it makes you feel any better I was awake at 330 this morning! Happens to me several times a week that I cannot sleep.

You don't sleep since the surgery or in general?  I am the one that pushed for 4am start time so I guess I can't complain!
