After getting consults from several Chicago plastics docs--including Dr. Z--and getting confidential feedback from a bunch of their patients from OH and IRL, I chose Michael Lee at Northwestern for my extended tummy tuck and brachioplasty 6 months ago.

I loved Dr. Lee and his staff! Before and after pictures are on my profile, if you'd like to see my results.

I wish you luck and that some of the patients who sent me their info on Dr. Z will send you PMs, also. That was eye-opening for me and confirmed some of my impressions.

BTW, do NOT believe the OH reviews here. It is my understanding that docs--WLS or plastic surgeons--can get any feedback they perceive as "bad" taken off of their profiles.
