Good Morning on this day before the day before Christmas.

I don't know about you, but I think this year has flown by. It seems it was just Christmas. 2009. I remeber the old people, use to say that  time went by so fast, and I as a child,couldn't understand that. Remember how long summer vacation seem to last?

Anyway, today, is my day to play Merry Maid, and errand runner. I think i have a system decided on, so we will see what happens.

What are your plans for today, tomorrow too?

Morning to you Lisa and the rest of IL.

I am slowly moving towards starting my day. Have a few "must do" things today like pack a small bag for an overnight stay at my brother & SIL's. Have a party at my niece and nephew's in Elgin later on tonight. I have one more gift to wrap and then I can put away the wrapping paper until next year. Hopefully before that (the party) I will be productive in the house but if not . . . who cares as it is a day off.

Good morning all!

Today's my last day at work. YAY!!! A 3 day weekend.

Almost done with shopping. I need a few groceries and will get them tomorrow morning after my workout.

Going to get my haircut and touch-up and wax job. I'll be all ready for Christmas!

Christmas Eve at my sister's house with the family and Christmas Day at my house for dinner.

I'll be happy once we pass this week. NY week will be more quiet and normal.

I've been quite chilly this winter already. Bring out the flannel PJ's and sheets.

Good Morning!

Morgan is off school for break starting today.  Her and I are going to make some cookies today and try to go to her babysitter from when she little.  I think she is going to open her Christmas presents tonight since she will not be home on Christmas Day and we are hopefully traveling on Christmas Eve.

Hello everyone

Well I'm at work...probably till late, because of month end.  Although, my boss did come by and say she hopes I don't stay too late.  Then I will workout, which I have had to do by myself this week because my workout buddies are too busy with Christmas.  So yesterday I was really bored.  Thank god for the little TVs on the treadmills.  Then after wards I have to go and exchange that gift and do groceries.  I also want to stop at Walgreen's and Chipotle.  I won't be home till late. 

Tomorrow I will be baking.  I really don't have a lot of cleaning to do.  When you live by your self things don't get too messy.  I will give my floors a cleaning and that's about it.  I can't wait to see my Amanda. 

Oh and yesterday I was very good.  I stayed away from the Christmas party and didn't cheat.  Someone said I have good will power.  I told them they were nuts...I am WEAK!!!  I said if I had good will power I would be able to join everyone at the party and not cheat.  But see I have to not go in order to make sure I don't overeat.

Good afternoon LIsa and the rest of Illinois!

I am at work today, but hardly working hard.  It is pretty quiet, but just enough to keep us from closing.

I was awoken this morning by horrendous pain in my throat!  It hurt to swallow and I tood 2 Tylenol PMs to get back to sleep.  I still did not sleep well and am very tired today.  The pain has diminished, but I guess I will need to keep an eye on it to make sure it is not strep.  Bummer!

I made the white chocolate popcorn for my husband's party.  We will see how it went over.

I have a few groceries to get and am hoping that Todd will take the kids shopping.  We will see.
