Unhappy but in a good way though

I worked out on the Wii fit Friday for like 15 mins the first time and 30 mins the 2nd time.  Now the front of my thighs hurt so bad I can hardly move or walk but I wanna do the Wii fit again though.  Hopefully tomorrow or Tuesday I can again.

Hello

Back in October I started to workout.  Every day I had some muscle pain here or there.  The worst thing to do is sit around, because it will hurt more.  I find that if you keep up the exercise even when sore is the best thing.  What I do is I will do some stretching before and then just lessen the intensity ( not the duration).  I would say for the fist month I kept pulling one muscle or another.  Now I am doing fine.  Just keep it up.
