White Chocolate Popcorn


12 cups popped corn
1 cup nuts (if you want them)
1 pkg White Almond Bark
Sprinkles

Place popped corn in large container, (,I use a soup kettle) add nuts, mix

Melt Almond Bark and pour over popcorn, mixing it in as much as possible.

Layer popcorn on a cookie sheet, sprinkle with sprinkles, and let dry and harden.

break in small bites and store inh zip lock bag.

Current          219    BMI 38  I am in the normal range!!!

Lisa, what size pkg of almond bark? I am going to guess any candy sprinkles of any color to go on the top? I bet that red or green would look pretty. Do you use an air popper for the corn? The reason I am asking on the popper is because Dave when he makes carmel corn will use an air popper and it makes it less greasy.

Christine, an air popper works, and I use the 24oz almond bark.
