Good Morning,
It is a quiet day here here in Streator. Not planning on doing anything or leaving the house. Ok, I will be doing the laundry, and getting ready for the work week, but that is it.

Hello everyone
I can't believe my long weekend is almost over. But back to work tomorrow.
I got al my errands done yesterday. I am thinking of going to the gas station for the Sunday newspaper. I still need to get my little 3M hooks for my windows. I can't find them yet.
I have doctor's appointment tomorrow. I hate going to the doctor. But I guess to make sure I'm doing OK I need to go.
My daughter sent me a picture of her first Christmas tree. I think I am going to start picking up ornaments here and there and box them up as a gift. I know she will want unique ornaments. That can be next weekend's errand.

They aren't marketed for windows but that's what I use them for. They are tiny little hooks that I can stick around the window and my lights fit perfectly in the hook. I leave the hooks up all year round and after a few years the adhesive must have dried up and got old because they are falling off. They are perfect little hooks for putting up lights around the window.

Crystal, you can get your 3M hooks at Office Max or a hardware store. At least we sell them to contract customers. The stores should have them too.
Today, I have to pay for being lazy all weekend. I need to do laundry, work some on my closet to make room for winter clothes and go to the grocery store. I am finally admitting winter is here. My protest is over. Sigh. Then tonight a friend is coming over. So it is a full day for me. Then back to work tomorrow.. At least I feel rested and ready to face all the callers again and the full moon is gone!

Afternoon everyone. We got home safe and sound about 1 1/2 hrs ago and now I am in the process of unpacking and organizing the gifts I bought while in the Dells, the laundry needs sorting, rest of the suitcase unpacked and a few other items done before I can sit down and crochet some more. I need to be on my feet anyways because of the drive home - which I was the driver and I did not stop at all. I wanted to get home!

Hello Cyber friends,
Wow I can not believe that my long weekend is just about over. Tomorrow and the rest of this week is going to be sooo busy. But that goes with having children involved with drama and choirs. It just happenes that EVERYTHING happens at once.
I am in the home stretch of this wonderful pre-op diet. This week I need to make sure my classroom is ready for my leave. I need to write all the lesson plans, get projects ready and write 2 IEP's. I am a Special Ed teacher. With everything I need to do, the 8th will be here before I know it.
I am looking forward to starting my new life. Yes I am starting now and there have been success, but the real present starts on the 8th. I am looking forward to having more energy and desire to do more. Right now, I get so tired that I have the "I just don't care" attitude. Not good to have with a family. But that will change.
