5 Day Pouch Test

Hi--

The 5 Day Pouch Test was mentioned in my support group yesterday morning.  I am just wondering, has anyone tried this 5 Day Pouch Test and did it work?  When I ask you if it worked, I mean, did your pouch feel like it tightened up a bit after you completed the 5 Day Pouch Test?
