Wednesday Roll Call
Good Evening Everyone!
Dave, I am thinking about you as you go through your preop for the colonoscopy That is the WORST part of the whole procedure. UGH!
Chris and Dave, have a great trip up north!
Dawn, I am so sorry that your insurance company is not wanting to give you much for your car. I am afraid to find out the value of mine. It is 8 years old but only has 67,000 miles and I would hate to think about replacing it. Extra hugs and you wrestle with what to do.
Crystal, I think you may have a habit formed there. It really sounds like it. A habit is when it is part of your routine and you feel guilty about missing it and I think you meet those requirements.
Randy, Congrats on seeing the 200's!
Today was better for me. I seriously considered going to work with a target pinned to my shirt. After the last two days I felt like a target. Everyone has had a rough two days but all agree that today was better. I did find out who my new supervisor is going to be and I am ok with her. She will be starting the first week in December so I will be having a change soon.
Tomorrow is my next visit to the pain clinic. I hope I get some relief. I only got very limited relief for my lower back after my first visit but hopefully the second will help more. The same thing happened with my neck. However, the neck is starting to hurt again. Maybe I should take up head banging to take my mind off my back pain????

Everyone have a great evening!

It's always something, isn't it? :) I'd love, say, a whole year without a ton of SOS happening. You too? Well, at least we all seem to be moving ahead (by baby steps or by leaps and bounds) on our personal health and wellness. And, that's one BIG rose to stop and smell @~'~,~
I got my Lab Tracker notebook from Andrea U in the mail yesterday and will be reading through it and setting it up tonight. Want to use it in my bariatric doc appt on Friday! I won't have much clue what I'm talking about, but at least I will be able to point to things in the binder. Maybe a year from now, I'll speak fluent Vitaese.
Good luck all!
