Happy morning and day to all of the wonderful members of the IL board!! I am sure looking forward to the weekend because it is one day closer to going to the Dells for the Thanksgiving Vaca.
I think that I might pull off a 1/2 day once I get into work and see how much work is there. I usually do not do that on a Friday especially when the boss is not there but I really do not want to work with his tattle tale.

Hello everyone
I'm so glad to see Friday here. What a stressful week. My friend was upset when the news was given to her. She's not coming to work today. I hope she will be here on Monday.
Today I'm going to workout after work and go grocery shopping. I have no big plans for the weekend. Which is good I just want to veg out.
Christine- I understand the work tattle tale. My work tattle tale is worse when my boss isn't here. I actually hate when my boss isn't here now, because of her.

Yes, we could compare stories and yes she tattles when he is not there because he texts her from home and has access to our mail server from home also. I hear her laughing behind me and I know that he is sending her little silly emails. it is kind of sick in that he is so infatuated with her when a few years back he said he did not like her. EVERYONE I work with knows and comments on the inappropriate relationship that is going on between them even if it is non physical (that we know of).
Another bad part is that she sits behind me and can see what I am looking at on the 'net. I try to close things down fast when I hear her coming and going. I am sure she is filing away that info also.
On a side note what is your company policy on the situation that you talked about earlier in the week? Is it a no nonsense rule and reg that you are automatically out or do they have to keep records in the person's personnel file first and then take action on future violations? Most companies use the later due to grievences and EEOC complaints.

Good morning Chris and the rest of Illinois!
Working today, most of the day, I think. We will see.
I finally finished painting the bathroom walls. Now, I have to change the fixtures and am thinking of staining the wood a darker color and hanging some shelves. Should be interesting. I tried to put the TP holder back up last night and could NOT get it. The wals are plaster, so the TP holder was screwed into some strange plate in the sawed out hole. I thought it would be easy to put back, but I CAN NOT get the screws to match back up. I am thinking maybe there is a trick to it that I haven't figured out. Oh well.....it will be done some day.
Not much else exciting going on over here.

Seems like it has been a long week, but don't know why!!
Nothing big on my horizon this weekend. Need to run up to Sam's at Lincoln Mall in Matteson and Chloe will be here tonight for the weekend.
Chris, hope you get out on your half day. That always makes Friday good!
Crystal, sorry about the outcome of your co-worker. I have to wonder what your company's sexual harrassement policy is like? They must not be too worried about your friend suing them for Sexual Harr. it's a BIG hot button, especially if she is staying home because she is upset....a lawyer might be interested in the facts of the case...not suggesting anything..just sayin'!
I'm looking forward to Tgiving holiday. We are also closed on the Friday after, so Chloe and I can go EARLY black Friday shopping. She went with me last year and when I asked her last week if she wanted to go with this year, she enthusiastically said "YEAH!, even though we waited a long time in line at Staples!"

Hi all,
Well today is day 5 of my pre-op diet. I did ok. I was so tempted this evening, just soooo hungry. I actually took a small bite and then mentally yelled at myself for the lack of will power. Oh well, I have many more days on this pre-op so I am sure all will be ok in the long run.
My surgery news has been getting around at work and I have been having many questions. Most during my lunch time. It is not that I am not willing to share, it is just I am not ready to share. I am so scared of failing and having everyone think I am a failure. I mean, every other diet has ended that way. However, I am too excited for this and I am looking forward to the freedoms ahead of me.
