Wednesday Roll Call
Hello Friends!
Just a quick pop in to say hi and to see how everyone is! I am just trying to get in as many bus runs as I can since I will be w/o pay for 8 weeks! I am so stiff when I get off the bus but I keep going! I found a way to keep most of the boys that ride my bus quiet, with catalogs I got fro Bass Pro Shop last week-end when I was up to see Dr Rosen! The boys are so into the hunting and I got 3 wish I had gotten more...oh well I have 3 seats quiet! I am going to get some fashion mags for the girls this week with the radio and these catalogs or mags I should have some quiet kids!
Christine I don't have to worry about leaves in the open country they blow a way. This makes me happy one less thing to do!

Well, I'm slowly reviewing the vite/supp guidelines for post-RNY surgery. I wish I had taken biochem in school, or something.
It seems like stool softeners along with fiber and water and exercise might be the way out of calcicum constipation hell. I pray.
I'm feeling really well. I don't know if it's that I've lost more than 60 pounds, or if estrogen is rising b/c of weight-loss, or if I just feel more like "myself" as the fat is melting off, or what. But today, I felt happy. My hip is not hurting as much. I think my feet have shrunk and my shoes feel better.
I also feel like I'm getting a better grip on what a day's post-RNY menu should look like, THANKS to the RNY "What are you doing/eating today?" posts. THANKS for turning me on to those!!! I just wish I had days to read them and glean ideas from them.
Need to head off for bed soon. Cavities getting filled in the morning. (Fun, fun, fun.)
