Friday Roll Call
Happy Friday everyone!!
I have dinner defrosting in the fridge right now which is unusual for me. I think about what to make after I come home from work and start defrosting the meat then.
I am wearing my Mason Crosby Packer jersey to work today. It will be interesting to see the reaction at work. All I have to do is point to the back and say - Hey it has my name on it - Crosby. Well, that is my maiden name, but I still am a Crosby at heart!
What is going on in your part of IL?

ps I was threatened with bodily harm (to be tazered) if I did not take the Packer jersey off and the sergeants told me to get out of their office. I opted to leave. They were just joking!!

Hello everyone
Well It's Friday!!! Yeah!!!
I went to see the doctor yesterday and he was very happy with my working out. He noticed the 16 pound weight loss and was very impressed. I forgot to mention that a few days a ago I noticed a bump on my wrist. I showed it to him and he said it is a ganglion cyst. He said it was probably from working out. When I do the arm curls I probably aggravated the wrist joint. But I can still work out my arms just be more careful. He's not doing anything for it because he said a lot times they go away on their own. But he mentioned that if it starts hurting me I will need to have an ortho doc look at it.
Today after work I am going to work out and then I am going to Meijer to pick up a few things. That's it for me. Then I am going to go home and be a lazy bum.
Now back to regularly scheduled programming...see ya later.

Greetings from Houston. Val and I are here and had a lot of time last night catching up on our lives. It's not as warm here as we expected. Yesterday it was quite windy too.
I did go to the pool but sat in the jacuzzi because the pool water temperature was too cold for me. Oh, well. We were going to go to the jacuzzi at night before it closed but it was too windy and chilly.
Tonight starts the meet and greet with registration for the OH conference. There's going to be a lot of motivational speakers plus invaluable information on vitamin supplementation and even a discussion on the DS.
Not sure what our plans are for the day. I'm enjoying my chocolate protein coffee right now with the sun shining brightly in our room.
The flight was good but we had a lot of turbulence. Plane was small and so was the bathroom. Good thing I am not the weight that I was; it would have been difficult.
Hope the weather warms up in Chicagoland!

Chilly this am when I took Roxie out. Had to convince her to hurry up!
Chloe came up last night, since she has school off today. She'll be with her grandma toady. They are going to help pick up some things for our girlfriend's surprise party I'm having tomorrow night. I left Chloe a list to give to her grandma! LOL
Weather on Sunday sounds so good...I'm actually thinking about possibly putting my Chrismas lights on my bushes outside...of course I would NEVER light them until the weekend after Thanksgiving.. Figure it is coming up so quickly, I might be wise to take advantage of the weather!
Hope Lisa is doing ok and she got her pain taken care of at the hospital. Lisa, keep us posted!

I am working about 3/4 of a day today. Maybe skip the lunch hour and leave about 1:30. I want to go to Home Depot to pick up my fixtures and color for the bathroom, which I HOPE to get done this weekend. We will see if I can get any help.
Glad that Lisa is home. Doing to much too fast will definately make one hurt. Hope her recovery is smooth from here on out.
